Analysis Of Clinical Drug Use Patterns In 102 Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose:This study by collecting data(DPN)cases,use drug for the treatment of DPN frequency,frequency and correlation statistical analysis,to explore the treatment of DPN core drugs,medicine,medicine to provide new ideas for alleiating DPN.Materials and methods: This study collected in liaoning university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital secretion,dandong city hospital endocrinology,fushun city hospital endocrinology in March 2016 to September 2016 cases,102 cases of hospitalized patients with DPN,53 cases of male and female in 49 cases,the patients in hospital,information such as age,sex,course of the disease,medication into Excel2016 table,statistics the drug use frequency,frequency,drug categories,the high frequency correlation analysis,draw the conclusion.Results:1.The basic information of the 102 patients,male to female ratio is 1.08:1,the average age of60.97 years,average duration of 10.04 years.2.The usage of traditional Chinese medicine: using Chinese medicine,180,frequency of 1922 times,including frequency,a total of 30 flavor of traditional Chinese medicines in more than20 times,for the use of high frequency,accounting for 62.07% of the total frequency of usage,the top 6 kinds of astragalus membranaceus and salvia miltiorrhiza 87 times 87 times,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,twotooth achyranthes root,angelica 76 times 79 times 75 times,yam,74 times.3.The drug class results: this study using drugs,a total of 18 classes,is the most used for medicine and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,followed by heat drugs,the water wet,nourish the medicine,liver Xi Feng medicine.Virtual medicine frequency for 552 times,including mend angry medicine use for many,the medicine for activating blood circulation share 346 times,the most used to invigorate the circulation of emmenagogue and invigorate the circulation of painkillers4.Astragalus angelica,peach kernel,safflower,twotooth achyranthes root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,radix rehmanniae radix scrophulariae,salvia miltiorrhiza yam,divine comedy malthawthorn,orange dried tangerine or orange peel,rhizoma coptidis rhizoma anemarrhenae is alleiating DPN commonly used for this study.5.This study has 4 groups of clustering,F1 is composed of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix,angelica,astragalus,radix rehmanniae,Radix Scrophulariae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,yam;F2 is composed of safflower,peach seed,earthworm,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;F3 is composed of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Puerariae;F4 is composed of the Divine Comedy,malt,hawthorn,Radix Codonopsis,Atractylodes,licorice.Cornus officinalis,medlar,Ophiopogon japonicus,Huang Jing.Conclusion:1.Astragalus membranaceus and salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,twotooth achyranthes root,Chinese angelica,Chinese yam is the study alleiating DPN common medicine.2.Treatment of DPN to make up for virtual medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs is given priority to,to medicine and medicine,the water permeability nourish medicine,liver Xi Feng medicine is complementary.3.Treatment of DPN reasons often gas blood,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,Yin to effect such as clear heat,xiaoshi spleen medicine.4.Fill with Yang also should according to patients condition,when five soup treating DPN is properly huoxue pain medication,Yin fluid such as medicine.
