Purpose: Professor Wang Dong has engaged in clinical and research work for more than 20 years of endocrine,he use traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity has unique insights and methods of diagnosis and treatment.This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience to treat simple obesity of my teacher,we hope Chinese medicine for the treatment of obesity can provide some new inspiration,in order to relieve the sufferings of patients in clinical application.Methods:By following my teacher professor Wang Dong study,looking up and investigation of a large number of relevant literature and data,elaborates on the simple obesity etiology and treatment from the perspective of Chinese medicine,summarize the clinical experience of the use of Chinese medicine for treatment of simple obesity.Conclusion:1.My teacher think spleen Qi deficiency is the fundamental etiology of obesity,which is syndrome of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,the subject is mainly for block of blood and phlegm.2.My teacher think obesity is caused by improper diet,maladjustment of work and rest or emotional disorders directly or indirectly damage the spleen and stomach,spleen Qi deficiency,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis.My teacher use Wendan Decoction addition and subtraction to form Xiaozhijianfei Decoction combined with patients were treated by whether have appetite.my teacher use Xiaozhjianfei Decoction and Powder for Clearing Away Stomach-Heat addition and subtraction to treat obesity who have appetite,and use Xiaozhijianfei Decoction and Shenling Baizhu powder addition and subtraction to treat obesity who haven't appetite.
