Preparation Of Coal Tar Cream And Observation Of Curative Effect Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To study the preparation technology of coal tar cream and the animal skin irritation test of the modified coal tar cream,and to investigate the effect of coal tar cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods : Through the extraction and mixed extract and cream base for the preparation of coal tar ointment on coal tar,and investigate its stability;reference the standard for evaluation of skin irritation reaction and skin irritation intensity classification criterion of coal tar cream in the skin irritation test and skin toxicity measurement of new agent briquette tar cream;through clinical treatment the people's Liberation Army 195 hospital,50 cases of psoriasis vulgaris(25 cases using the old forms of coal tar lotion,25 cases of the use of new forms of coal tar cream),inspect the clinical curative effect on new forms of coal tar cream.Results:After many repeated experiments,the preparation process of coal tar cream is stable.After the coal tar cream centrifugal experiment,stability under heat test and sample observation experiment,oil-water separation phenomenon of its appearance,color,uniformity etc.there are no change and no rancidity,stratification and deterioration.All other tests are also in accordance with the provisions of the four general principles of the Chinese pharmacopoeia in 2015.The skin irritation test in rabbits of coal tar and the relevant data shows that Experimentation area and control area rabbit skin applicator parts only 2-3 cases had mild erythema,there were no other phenomenon without redness,blisters,eczema,experimentation area,each animal total score was 0.0536,0.0038 points for each animal every day,and the control area were 0.0357 and 0.0026,therefore that coal tar cream for skin irritation and coal tar as liniment has no obvious skin irritation,the medication is safe.Effect of pictures and data display by coal tar and coal tar cream liniment group treatment group,the two drugs have a certain effect on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients during the treatment of skin conditions have emerged in varying degrees of regression,after treatment,most of the patients with skin lesions disappeared,the basic indicators return to normal,but there are certain differences.From the table,the relative coal tar liniment treatment results,better the atment effect of coal tar ointment.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment,so it can be concluded that the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with coal tar cream is effective,safe and effective.Conclusion:Through the improvement of the dosage of coal tar,coal tar emulsion preparation process is stable;compared with the control group,the coal tar cream on the skin with no obvious irritation and other adverse reactions;People's Liberation Army 195 hospital 25 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris by coal tar cream after treatment,compared with the use of the old form coal tar lotion.The effect is significant,the disease was well controlled,and no other adverse reaction.
