In this study, the preliminary evaluation of Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim and Corydalis wuzhengyiana ZY Su et Liden was carried out by means of modern technology, which provided the rational use and the theoretical basis of further development of these two kinds of medicinal materials.Specifically include the following aspects:1.HPLC method was used to determine the contents of Trigonelline in different ages and sizes of Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim.Methods: NH2 column, mobile phase acetonitrile(ACN)-water(H2O)(87:13),detection wavelength 264 nm.Results: The linear range was 1.0109~101.9 ?g/m L(r=0.9997).Average recovery was 96.79%(RSD = 1.31%).Results: The content of Trigonelline in the low altitude(2900 m)was 171.1mg / kg,and the content of Trigonelline above the high altitude(3630 m)was 267.3 mg / kg.The content of Trigonelline of the four different diameters(1.5 ~ 7.5 cm)was 309.2?319.8?173.8?197.9mg / kg.In addition, somewhere the content of Trigonelline of the diameters(3.5 ~ 4 cm and 5.5 ~ 7 cm)was 296.11,305.13mg/kg.Conclusion: It is presumed that the content of Trigonelline in the medicinal materials of Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim is related to the age of growth and medicine, and the content of medicinal materials is higher. In the early stage of the growth of herbs, the content of Trigonelline increased, and the content of Trigonelline was decreased after a certain period of time.2.Study on Infrared Fingerprint of Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)HeimMethods: A total of 9 batches of potassium bromide tablets were prepared. The infrared spectra of 9 batches were detected by infrared spectroscopy. The similarity values were calculated by infrared analysis software(IR solution 1.3),and the similarity values were analyzed by categories. Results: There is a significant difference between the Mirabilis hmalaica(edgew.)Heimerl Var.Chinensis Heimer and the Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim at the absorption spectra(667.3cm-1)of infrared spectra which can accurately distinguish between the two and the Himalayan jasmine's infrared spectra. The similarity results show that the similarity between the Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim samples was more than 0.92,and the similarity between the Mirabilis hmalaica(edgew.)Heimerl Var.Chinensis Heimer samples was no more than 0.85.The results of this analysis showed that the more similar the diameter of the medicine, the more similar the infrared spectrum is.Conclusion:Infrared fingerprints can be used as a means to identify the Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heim and the Mirabilis hmalaica(edgew.)Heimerl Var.Chinensis Heimer.3.Detect of the content of Domesticine of the Corydalis wuzhengyiana Z.Y.Su et Liden by HPLC methodChromatography: C18 column, mobile phase: ACN(A),20% ACN +0.1%(v / v)phosphoric acid + 0.167%(m / v)SDS(B)gradient elution(0~20 min,26%A:20~50min,26%?30% A),detection wavelength :220nm.Results: The linear range is from 1.200 mg / m L to 0.0096 mg / m L(r = 0.9995),the average recovery is 105.8%.In this study, the amount of SDS in the mobile phase was investigated. Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable, and it can be used to detect the content of tantalum.4.The study of the amount of chemical composition of the Corydalis wuzhengyiana Z.Y.Su et LidenMethods: The n-butanol part of the Corydalis wuzhengyiana Z.Y.Su et Liden was extracted by the system separation method, and the structure was identified by the Porter data. Results: Four components were isolated and identified from the n-butanol part:6,7-Methylenedioxy-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline,Pronuciferine N-oxid,Papraine,Protopine.Were isolated from this plant for the first time.
