Purpose: To evaluation the effect of application of Chinese medicine Shen Fu Injection prevention and treatment of patients with the low blood pressure,for the application of Shen Fu Injection to prevention and treatment of the low blood pressure to provide evidence of evidence-based medicine.Material and method:Key words is given priority to with "Shen Fu Injection" joint "low blood pressure" or "shock" or "pump failure" or "hemodynamic" or "JueTuo" or "jue" or "off" or "vertigo" respectively for comprehensive Chinese literature retrieval database to December2016,published in the journal of Chinese domestic relevant reference attached injectionrandomized controlled trial of the literature for the prevention and control of low bloodpressure.Literature inclusion criteria:(1)the study type: Shen Fu Injection prevention and treatment of low blood pressure as the main research purpose of randomized controlled trials.(2)the object of study: hypotensive: systolic blood pressure <90mmHg,diastolic bloodpressure<60mmHg or reduce >30mmHg compared with the original base value.(3)interventions: the experimental group uses the Shen Fu Injection,or Shen Fu Injection injection combined with the basis of the original disease treatment.The control group with western medicine,or the basis of the original disease treatment(blank)contrast.(4)At least 30 patients in the object of study.(5)include the raw data.Using the Jadad score scale to rate the quality of literature,use Rev Man5.3 statistical software for meta-analysis included in the study.Results: 1.Experimental group was higher than that of control group in patients total effective rate,the difference is statistically significant [OR=3.59,95%CI(2.56,5.05),the total effect of Z=7.39,P<0.00001].2.Experimental group was higher than the control group in systolic blood pressure value,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group [MD=14.74,95%CI(7.21,22.27),the total effect of Z=3.84,P=0.0001<0.05]and no statistically significant in the western medicine group[MD=0.82,95%CI(-8.78,10.42),the total effect of Z=0.17,P=0.87>0.05].3.Experimental group was higher than the control group in diastolic blood pressure value,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group [MD=9.45,95%CI(6.32,12.57),the total effect of Z=5.93,P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group[MD=1.83,95%CI(-0.52,4.17),the total effect of Z=1.53,P=0.13>0.05].4.Experimental group was higher than the control group in the level of patients Mean Arterial Pressure,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.21>0.05).5.Experimental group was higher than the control group in the level of patients Central Venous Pressure,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.05).6.Experimental group was lower than the control group in heart rate value,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group [MD=-12.14,95%CI(-15.81,-8.48),the total effect of Z=6.49,P<0.00001]and no statistically significant in the western medicine group [MD=-3.67,95%CI(-37.98,30.63),the total effect of Z=0.21,P=0.83>0.05].7.Experimental group was higher than the control group in the output of patient urine,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.05).8.Experimental group was higher than the control group in the level of patients Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.43>0.05).9.Experimental group was smaller than the control group in Left Ventricular end-diastolic diameter value,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.00001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.54>0.05).10.Experimental group was less than that of control group in the use of vascular active drug,the difference is statistically significant both in the blank group(P<0.00001)ang in the western medicine group(P<0.0001).11.Experimental group was lower than that of control group in the level of Lac,the difference is statistically significant in the blank group(P<0.0001)and no statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.38>0.05).12.Experimental group was lower than that of control group in incidence of irrhythmia rate,the difference is no statistically significant in the blank group(P=0.11>0.05)and statistically significant in the western medicine group(P=0.0005<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Fu Injection can effectively improve the level of low blood pressure in patients with blood pressure,including systolic and diastolic pressure and Mean Arterial Pressure,Central Venous Pressure,and increase patients' urine output,improve Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions,at the same time can reduce the patientsheart rate,irrhythmia rate,the level of Lac,andnarrow Left Ventricular end-diastolic diameter,but the effective was not better than the western medicine;in the use of vascular active drug,Shen Fu Injection can reduce the use of it and the effect was better than the western medicine.
