Purpose:Meta-analysis is used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of the supplementing qi and warming yang in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia, and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of the supplementing qi and warming yang in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Material and method: According to the difference between the requirements of the database retrieval words and the methods of retrieval,I set up a matching search strategy.on the basis of the established inclusion criteria, the manual search assistant computer is used to retrieve the search method.I retrieved the supplementing qi and warming yang treatment of slow arrhythmia related Chinese literature which was published in 2012-2016 years.Cochrane's "Bias Risk Assessment Tool" is used to evaluate the quality of the selected literatures which is eventually analyzed by Review Manager 5.3 statistical software. Results: A total of 237 articles were retrieved in this study. After two rounds of screening, this study included 17 articles. There were 1456 cases, including 735 cases in treatment group(with the function of the supplementing qi and warming yang of traditional Chinese medicine with basic medicine)and 721 cases in control group(basic western medicine treatment). The following is the result of the meta-analysis: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The treatment of the supplementing qi and warming yang for bradyarrhythmia is effective and the effective rate is higher than that of western medicine group(OR=3.17,95%CI [2.35,4.27],Z=7.53,P<0.00001),the difference is statistically meaning;2.In terms of increasing the average heart rate of patients: The treatment group is more effective than the control group(MD=5.80,95%CI [5.17,6.42],Z=18.28,P<0.00001),the difference between the two groups is statistically significant;3.In increasing the slowest heart rate: The supplementing qi and warming yang treatment group is better than the control group(SMD=1.26,95%CI [0.79,1.73],Z=5.27,P<0.00001).There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups.4.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: Z=2.61,P=0.009,The supplementing qi and warming yang group is better than that of simple western medicine group. Conclusion: 1.The supplementing qi and warming yang treatment do increase the clinical efficacy of bradyarrhythmia, improve the patients' average heart rate and the slowest heart rate, and the curative effect is also better than that of simple western medicine.2.According to the adverse reactions mentioned in the literature, the method of Supplementing Qi and warming Yang for the treatment of slow arrhythmia is safe, which provides a certain reference for the safety of medication.3.Due to the influence of the quantity and quality of the included literatures, this study may be biased.
