Network Meta Analysis Of Chinese Patent Medicine For Supplementing Qi And Warming Yang In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

ObjectiveIn order to provide high-quality evidence-based basis for clinical practice,this study used frequency based network meta-analysis to evaluate and analyze the effect of Chinese patent medicine for invigorating qi and warming Yang on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods1.Traditional meta-analysisAccording to the key words,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,science direct,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP Chinese science and technology journal database were searched respectively.The quality of included randomized controlled trials(RCTs)was evaluated.Revman software was used to make statistical figures such as forest map and funnel chart according to the extracted effective data.2.Network meta-analysisAccording to the frequency principle of reticular system evaluation,stata16.0 software was used to evaluate different treatment measures according to different outcome indicators,draw reticular chart,area under the curve and other charts,and sort the different treatment measures.ResultsA total of 101 literatures were included in this study,involving 5 kinds of Chinese patent medicine treatment measures,The results of frequency based network meta-analysis showed that: Chinese patent medicine for invigorating qi and warming Yang treatment of CHF has significant advantages in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and the difference is statistically significant.In terms of clinical total effective rate: through the league table and area under the curve ranking chart analysis,Qiliqiangxin capsule is the best to improve the clinical total effective rate;For the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction: Zhenyuan capsule is superior to other treatment groups in improving left ventricular ejection fraction,the difference is significant;In the aspect of reducing left ventricular end diastolic diameter: Zhenyuan capsule is superior to other treatment measures in reducing left ventricular end diastolic diameter,with significant difference;In the aspect of reducing left ventricular end systolic internal channel: Xinbao pill is superior to other treatment measures in reducing left ventricular end systolic diameter,with significant difference;In the aspect of reducing N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP):Qishenyiqi dropping pills has the best order of decreasing NT-pro BNP value with significant difference;In the aspect of improving the 6-minute walking test(6MWT): Compared with other treatment measures,Qishenyiqi dropping pills ranked the best with significant difference.For safety,101 studies were included in this study,107 of which mentioned adverse reactions,including93 cases in the treatment group and 208 cases in the control group.The main manifestations were: digestive system symptoms such as nausea,upper and lower abdominal discomfort,vomiting and other symptoms;nervous system symptoms including headache,dizziness,extrapyramidal system and other symptoms;other adverse reactions such as rash,palpitation,electrolyte disorder were occasionally seen,and no major cardiovascular events occurred.
