| Purpose: Through a retrospective analysis on the 390 cases of damp-heat-immersion of eczema patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,summarize and analyze the incidence of eczema in patients,the characteristics of rash and the experience of clinical treatment,to improve the understanding of eczema in social groups,which provide the basis and reference for the clinical treatment of eczema.Material and method:During the period from March 1,2014 to Feb 29,2016,390 patients with damp-heat-immersion eczema were admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The age,sex,ob/gyn history,career,duration of disease,lifestyle,seasonal incidence,onset or worsening incentives,history of present illness,past history,family history,allergies,laboratory inspection items,lesion shape,skin lesion characteristics,degree of itching,length of stay,conditions of prognosis and other projects were registered and listed,and statistical methods for statistical analysis were applied,and draw conclusions.Results:1.General situation: A total of 390 cases were collected,179 cases of male(45.90%),female211 cases(54.10%),male to female ratio of 1: 1.18;13-87 years,mean age 54.9±14.22years;male married 169 cases,unmarried in 10 cases,204 women were married,unmarried in 7cases;the shortest duration is 3 day,up to 50 years;length of hospital stays 3-29 days,the average length of hospital stays13.13±3.37 days;occupation to retire(off)off the staff and staff mainly;45 cases of initial onset,345 cases of recurrence.2.Disease-related: 99 cases of patients with smoking habit,57 cases of patients with drinking habit;the incidence of season in spring and summer;238 cases of patients perceived significant incentives(61.03%)prior to the onset,which the most common improper diet;198cases of patients with one or more disease(50.77%),including 31 cases of varying degrees of allergic diseases,which were mainly seen in allergic skin diseases,allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma,more than 167 cases of high blood pressure or diabetes,coronary heart disease and other diseases;31 patients with family members of a family of allergy history,6 patients with second-degree relatives of family genetic history,the most common eczema;146 patients with drug allergy history,including penicillin,sulfa,cephalosporin,antipyretic analgesic drugs.3.Rash related conditions: clinical features of eczema with generalized,lesions of various forms,according to statistics summed up,in order to form lesions of erythema,papules,flushing,swelling mainly accompanied by exudation,callus,scratches,and consciously itching;rash predilection sites common in the limbs,trunk,face,neck and so on.4.Laboratory examination: abnormal blood abnormalities to white blood cells,neutrophils,lymphopenia,eosinophilia;86 cases of renal dysfunction,30 cases of abnormal liver function,blood glucose increase in 55 cases;226 cases of total Ig E> 100 IU / m L;Ig A?Ig G?Ig M increase in 254 cases and decline in 415 cases;autoimmune antibody abnormalities in 18 cases.5.Treatment: 4 cases were cured,markedly effective in 311 cases,effective in 72 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 99.23%.Conclusion:1.Damp-heat-immersion of eczema more common in the elderly,both male and female,and easy to recurrent.2.Damp-heat-immersion of eczema occurs in the spring and summer season.3.Damp-heat-immersion of eczema has complex incidence,and diet,disease history and the environment are closely related.4.The clinical features of damp-heat-immersion of eczema were erythema,pimple,redness,swelling,accompanied by exudation,incrustation,scratch,and severe itching;the predilection site of rash is limb,trunk,chest back and so on.5.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has a significant effect. |
