Professor Chen Min's Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Blood Deficiency Type Insomnia

Purpose:Research the Medication rules of the treatment of liver and blood deficiency type insomnia by Professor Chen and through the collection of clinical cases of this disease.According to the frequency of medication,Chinese medicine four properties,five flavours,channel tropism,traditional Chinese medicine categories,and the clustering anlysis of the high frequency herbs used.Provide new method of treatment of this disease.Material and method:Collection from July 1st.2015 to December 30 th.2016,affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine Geriatrics department outpatient service.Professor Chen makes diagnoses and gives treatment for patients and the clinic cases are screened in accordance with inclusion and exclusion standard.To collect the information such as gender,age,clinical,unified into the Excel table to create a database,we analyse the frequency of the using of prescription herbs by Excel and SPSS22.0.Select more than 25% as the high frequency of drug utilization,classify these herbs according to their four properties,five flavours,channel tropism,effect and cluster herbs.Results:According to the Chinese medicine four properties,five flavours,channel tropism,traditional Chinese medicine categories,campare the frequency of herb utilization.Basis in the120 cases,104 traditional Chinese medicine has been applied.Respectively,radix bupleuri?scutellaria baicalensis?large-headed atractylodes?radix paeoniae alba?angelica?Dried tangerine or orange peel?Rhizoma ligustici wallichii?Flos albiziae?Poria cocos?lily?licorice?Zizyphus jujube benevolence.1.Four properties:The most frequent ones are warm herbs and then are mild and cold herbs,the cool and hot herbs utilize least.2.Five flavours:The sweet medicine has been applied most,being used 1283 times and then are the bitter,zinn and sour medicine.3.Channel tropism:The spleen meridian medicine has been applied 1187 times,being used most and then are liver,lung ang heart meridian medicine.4.Traditional Chinese medicine categories:The first is tonic medicine,the second is the medicine for relieving exterior disorder,the third is sedative medicine,the fourth is heat-cleaning medicine,the fifth is the medicine for activating blood circulation,the sixth is the wet-clearing medicine,the seventh is the spleen medicine.5.Cluster drugs:By analyzing the drugs whose frequencies are greater than 25% of all the drugs by SPSS22.0,we can get two clusterings.Conclusion:1.The frequent specific prescription of the disease is Xiaoyaosan addition and Suanzaoren soup addition.2.The disease prone to liver exuberance by the spleen,Qi silt being fire,virtual fire disturbed heart,Qi and blood stasis and other pathological changes,and the method is nourishing Yin and falling fire,clearing heart and tranquilization,flatting and softening liver,invigorating spleen-stomach and regulating qi,activating blood and removing stasis.3.Through the analysis of the statistical data and clustering prescriptions,we study the law of medication using and the principle of treatment of the disease by mentor to provide some reference significance.
