Retrospective Analysis Of The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris Combined With Insomnia By The Method Of "Yiqixuanbi, Soothing The Liver And Regulating Qi"

Purpose: In this study,a retrospective case analysis was performed to evaluate the symptoms,tongue pulse,syndrome score,duration of sleep improvement,changes in electrocardiogram,and clinical efficacy of patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina and insomnia treated with the method of "Yi Qi Xuan Bi,Shu Gan Li Qi".Materials and methods: Patients who received outpatient treatment from Professor Zhang Mingxue at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and screened strictly according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine.The study was conducted to collect clinical data such as symptoms,tongue pulses,and electrocardiograms of patients before and after intervention,and summarized them into Excel tables.SPSS 22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the symptoms,tongue pulses,duration of sleep improvement,electrocardiogram changes and efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1.ECG efficacy: 98 patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina combined with insomnia,after taking four courses of Chinese medicine decoction(7 days as a course),the electrocardiogram efficacy was 17 cases,accounting for 17.35%;57 cases were effective,accounting for 58.16%;24 cases were ineffective,Accounting for 24.49%;the total effective rate is 75.51%.2.Insomnia efficacy: 98 patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina combined with insomnia.After taking four courses of Chinese medicine decoction(7 days as a course of treatment),the insomnia cured 16 cases,accounting for 16.33%,the marked effect was 31 cases,accounting for 31.63%;the effective 36 Cases,accounting for 36.73%;15 cases of ineffectiveness,accounting for 15.31%;the total effective rate was 84.70%.3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: 98 patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina combined with insomnia.After taking four courses of Chinese medicine decoction(7 days as a course oftreatment),chest tightness,chest pain,restlessness,shortness of breath,fatigue,upset,anxiety,chest Swelling,drowsiness,heavy head and body,dizziness,tingling in the head,dark purple nails,tongue veins and other symptoms were significantly improved(P?0.05).Among them,26 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 26.53%;59 cases were effective,accounting for 60.20%;13 cases were ineffective,accounting for 13.27%,and the total effective rate was86.73%.Conclusion:With the "Yiqi Xuanbi,Shugan Liqi" method,the combination of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Crazy Mengxing Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,tongue pulse,sleep duration and ECG of patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina and insomnia,And the clinical efficacy is significant.
