Professor Gao Tianshu's Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency And Sputum Type Diabetic Nephropathy

Purpose:Explore the disciplines of Prof.Tianshu Gao's trentment of diabetic kidney disease,by using data mining technology.Material and method:Collect the cases of diabetic kidney disease treated by Prof.Gao,and record the personal details and recipe informations.Set databases of cases informations and prescriptions accessed by WPS-Excel 2016.Using frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis to explore the prescription discipline of Prof.Gao.Results:1.The average age of these 172 patients is 59.41 + /-12.10 years of old,men accounted for64.53%;women account for 35.47%.The proportion of men and women is 1:1.82.BMI in24.0~27.9kg/m2(overweight)has occupied the most part.With 47.09% of the share.As for complications,hypertension has taken the first plase,with 70.35% of the patients sufferred from2.On the basic of inclusion and exclusion measures had selected 191 cases of DKD,referred to179 medicinal herbs and total frequcecy of 2463 times.There are 39 Chinese medicinal herbs with operating frequency more than 10%.The top ten are astragalus,dogwood,alisma,radix-rehmanniae,poria,fructus mume,herba leonuri,semen cuscutae,fructus mori,cortex moutan.3.Among the 179 Chinese herbs,cold nature had been used as the most frequently,with warm nature in the second places,respectively acconted for 36.88% and 31.28%.As the aspect of flavour,sweet,bitter and pungent are taken the dominated places.The top five rangking of channel tropism are live,kidney,lung,spleen and heart.The herbs owned as channel tropism of liver and kidney are respectively in the first and second place,with 1339 frequency,accounted for 54.36% and 1224 frequency,accounted for 49.70%.4.16 category of Chinese herbs are involved,herbs of tonify deficieney,dispersing heat,removing dampness and promote urination are the chiefly category,accounted for27.49%,17.30%,11.21%.5.Combined with the knowledge learned from Prof.Gao,find out 6 commonly used herb pairs by correlation analysis and 4 prescription by cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.As for the therapy of DKD,my teacher propositions tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.Meanwhile,he emphasizes the method of softening and resolving hard mass,to treat "Micro Zhengjia".2.Astragalus,dogwood,alisma,radix-rehmanniae,poria,fructus mume,herba leonuri,semen cuscutae,fructus mori and cortex moutan are the cardinal Chinese herbs applied by my teacher in DKD treatmen.3.The herbs of cold nature are a bit more than others.Sweet,bitter and pungent take the pricipal parts of the herbal flavour.Channel troprism of liver is in the first place,others as kidney,lung,spleen and heart in proper order.4.Herbs of tonify deficieney,dispersing heat,removing dampness and promote urination are the chiefly category of my teacher`s therapy of DKD,reflecting the proposition of my teacher as tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.He emphasizes the application of herbs can soften and resolve hard mass,such as sargassum and kelp.
