Evaluation Of The Satisfaction Of The Space Environment Of The Nursing Unit Of The General Hospital

In recent years,with the national social,economic,political and technical aspects of the continuous development,the cause of China's medical and health care are also big step forward,such as building,expanding or rebuilding medical engineering.The function of the hospital has become increasingly complex,also the medical staff and patients is becoming more and more high to the requirement of hospital environment.Nursing unit is the basic unit of medical construction,is the place where medical staff need to work here for a long time and for patients to rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,the quality of the nursing unit space environment,will directly affect the user's comfort and satisfaction.The research object of this paper is standard nursing unit of general hospital inpatient department.First of all,study relevant literature of the nursing unit design,combined with the relevant cases to clear the spatial elements of the nursing unit and understand the main factors that affect the design of the nursing unit space.Then,begin to field survey and behavior observation for the nursing unit which we want to study,through combing its space environment of the status quo and analyzing the behavior of users to explore the nursing unit practical problems existing in the space environment.Then,through the questionnaire survey,we understand the satisfaction evaluation of the nursing staff,the patients and their families,and use the factor analysis method to analyze the satisfaction performance of the users of the nursing unit,and find the factors that affect the satisfaction of the users.Finally,according to the characteristics and development trend of the spatial environment of the nursing unit,give the optimzation advice for the nursing unit space design under the current national conditions.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,gives the background and current situation of the research,clarifies the object,purpose and significance of the study,and constructs the content and framework.The second chapter is the basic work of this paper,explores the development process of the nursing unit space and clarifies the spatial elements about it.The third and fourth chapter are the core of the study.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the research object,explores the relationship between the space environment of the nursing unit and the behavior of the users,and provides the basis for the determination of the next step satisfaction evaluation index.The fourth chapter analyzes the user satisfaction questionnaire and finds the spatial environmental factors that affect the user's satisfaction.The fifth chapter is the optimization strategy of nursing unit space design.
