Study On The Application Law Of Chaihu Tang In The Three "Medical Cases"

Objectives:There are abundant medical cases in three series of Mingyi Lei'an which contain application laws about Xiao Chai Hu prescription paties.Unscrambling symptom-complex diffentiation and exploring medicine addition and subtraction rules,this article is prepared to analyze the dialectical thinking process on the using of Xiao Chai Hu prescription paties,which is expected to be the reference of clinical medicine.Methods:Making full use of the electronic literature is the first step to collect information.For secondary selection of these messages,setting strict standards to weed out those are not suitable for the research is necessary.After putting useful information such as genders,ages,seasons into a series of forms and standardizing them,the essential database is established.The main statistical methods of this study are frequency analysis and golden section method,meanwhile,personalized analysis are used to the treatment of errors and those medical cases with alternative methods.Results:The main causes of Xiao Chai Hu Decoction are Emotional disorders in which anger is the first and foremost and pathogens invasion.The kinds of diseases are surgical class,typhoid class,courage class and gynecology and the main diseases are typhoid fever,malaria,heat into blood chamber and chancre.Clinical symptoms relatively more occured in the study are alternating episodes of chills and fever,fever,chest pain,headache,loss of appetite,thirsty,vomiting,red tongue,white moss,and the major pulse conditions are taut pulse,rapid pulse,deep pulse and smooth pulse.In addition to use alone,Xiao Chai Hu Decoction can also be applied with other prescriptions or medicine.The first two commonly used prescriptions are Siwu Decoction and Xiao Xianxiong Decoction,meanwhile,the major added medicine are fructus gardeniae,tuckahoe,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,rhizoma coptidis,pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,large-headed atractylodes and radix rehmanniae.The main causes of Da Chai Hu Decoction are pathogens invasion and improper diet,and the main disease is typhoid fever.General Symptoms of this prescription contain constipation,chest pain,fever,dysphoria,abdominal pain and alternating episodes of chills and fever.In the aspect of medicine,the main added ones are mirabilite,licorice,trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim and rhizoma coptidis.The application of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in medicine cases which are researched is more rich than the record of medical sage's book.Apart from typhoid fever,Chai Hu Gui Zhi prescription is also used in malaria,epidemic febrile diseases,liver cirrhosis and skin disease.Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction mainly used in changed syndrome after inaccurate treatment of Shaoyang disease and malaria of yin type which is the specific show of symptoms in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Chaihu-Longgu Muli Decoction is applied to syncope collapse and renal mass disease in the study.Utilizing Xiao Chai Hu prescription paties,the ancient physicians not only abide by the guidance of Zhang Zhongjing's ideology but also expand the range of Zhang's application.This study finds that under the background of different time,the application of the same prescription has a different focus,which embodies the academic tradition of coherence and conforms to the characteristics of era background.The regularity of Xiao Chai Hu prescription paties in this study is helpful to clinical diagnosis and disease to some extent,and the treatment of errors especially have warning roles.Conclusion:Compared to Zhongjing times,Ancient physicians expand the application of Xiao Chai Hu prescription paties,which embodies the continuity of the academic heritage and the characteristics of the times.Diagnostic points of Xiao Chai Hu Decoction and Da Chai Hu Decoction are helpful to clinical practice.In addition,individual analysis of some medical cases for wrong treatments have the warning role to modern physicians.
