Correlation Between TCM Syndrome And Liver Metastasis Of Colorectal Cancer

This study is divided into two parts:literature review and clinical research.Literature review,respectively,explains the mechanism of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,clinical diagnosis,clinical treatment,clinical prognosis and other related advances from the perspective of Western medicine.Meanwhile,it also explains colorectal liver metastases' naming traces,etiology and pathogenesis,treating rules,and other related Chinese medicine research review.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is the main means in terms of diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer and colorectal liver metastasis.However,Chinese medicine has achieved some cl:inical efficacy in the anti-tumor recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer.In clinical research,we observed the distribution of TCM Syndromes of colorectal liver metastasis,and discussed the relationship between TCM Syndrome Types and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.[Objective]To observe and investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome type and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.[Methods]This study collected colorectal cancer inpatients and outpatients from the oncology department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Xiyuan Hospital,Dongzhimen Hospital between March 1,2016 to March 1,2017,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,195 patients were divided into colorectal cancer group and colorectal liver metastasis group.Then,we fill in patients' relevant clinical data by questionnaire,and fill out the TCM syndrome classification table.Finally,we build a statistics database and give a total statistical analysis.[Results]In this study,195 patients of colorectal cancer or colorectal liver metastases were included.Among them,there were 100 patients who were diagosed with colorectal cancer and 95 patients who were diagosed with colorectal liver metastasis.1.Histological types of primary tumors of colorectal liver metastasis were statistically significant(P<0.05),low differentiated adenocarcinoma in two groups is significantly different,colorectal liver metastasis group was higher than that colorectal cancer group in terms of low differentiated adenocarcinoma.That is to say,it is more susceptible for low differentiated adenocarcinoma to cause liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.2.TCM syndrome types were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Blood stasis and toxin accumulation syndrome were significantly different in the proportion of two groups.lt means that blood stasis and toxin accumulation syndrome were more prone to cause liver metastases of colorectal cancer;3.The gender,age,diet habits,the primary tumor site of two groups had no obvious difference,not statistically significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion].low differentiated adenocarcinoma related largely with liver metastases of colorectal cancer;2 damp heat syndrome and blood stasis and toxin accumulation syndrome related largely with liver metastases of colorectal cancer,followed by spleen and kidney deficiency and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome;3 The gender,age,eating habits,the primary tumor site of colorectal cancer was not associated with liver metastasis.
