less people studying on Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease than on the Golden Chamber.And there is few people focus on these studies.Researchers mainly concerned about the common studies,while ignoring the rare study.And most of the research is summarizing the author's academic thought and writing characteristics,often ignoring comprehension and analysis of the study.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,written by ZHU Guangbei in Qing Dynasty,is a classic explanatory monograph of Golden Chamber.Author's manuscript circulating to Japan and then returning back has not been taken seriously for a long period.Few people carry it out for specialized research.The exegetical content of the book,exegesis characteristics and achievements,exegesis defects and deficiencies are the gaps in the study.Therefore,this paper,taking this book as the object of study,fill the blank in the study of"Golden Chamber" to attract the attention of scholars to research on the rare study of "Golden Chamber".ObjectivesThis paper tries to analyze the introduction of the author and circulation age of "Golden Chamber".It focuses on the exegesis content,exegetical features and achievements of the book,the defects and deficiencies of the exegetics,and it also discusses the writing style of the author.This article is to fill the blank in the study of "Golden Chamber".At the same time,we hope to attract scholars' attention to research other rare notes and studies,exploring the new ideas and new methods to expand the study of ancient literature of Chinese medicine researchers.MethodsThis paper uses philology,exegetics,history,comparison and analysis,induction and deduction and other methods to sort out the situation of the study on "Golden Chamber" in Qing Dynasty.It collected related literature and existing reference research of "Comment Annotation of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" written by Zhu Guangbei,and investigated the author's information and circulation age.This article focuses on conducting a comprehensive analysis and research to sum up its exegetical content,exegesis characteristics and achievements,exegesis defects and deficiencies,etc.ResultsThe main body of the paper is divided into seven chapters,mainly as follows,The first chapter,is about the version and history of "Comment Annotation of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".This chapter collects and combs the three versions of this book,and analyzes the history of the book through the analysis of the contents of the Japanese writers,such as the contents of the inscriptions,the seals of different versions,and other catalogs.The second chapter,elaborates the circulation age and author's life of "Comment Annotation of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".This chapter starts from the two letterpress handwritten postscripts attached in this book and also the content of the book,combined with the background of the times,demonstrating the author's life and the spreading of this book.Chapter 3?Chapter 5,these 3 chapters give a demonstration of the exegetical features and achievements,exegesis and deficiency of "Comment Annotation of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".These chapters are the focus of this paper.On the basis of the exhaustive collection of the contents of the book,the author sums up the exegetical contents of the book,summarizing the characteristics and achievements of the book,and analyzes the limitations of the book by comparing with other works.Furthermore,the author lists the key words to reveal the inadequacy of the book.Chapter 6 is a brief introduction of the
