A Joint Research In The Field Of Qi And Blood Theory

To explore the theory and clinical application of combined prescription,to add the deficient theoretical system of the combined prescription,and to face the important value of the combined prescription in clinical application.This study discusses the theory and clinical application of combined prescription under the perspective of the qi and blood theory.The first chapter of the text,study the qi and blood theory and its relationship with Rong-Wei based on"Inner Canon of Huangdi";integrate the concept of qi and blood theory in a metaphorical way.In the second chapter,the study discusses combined prescription systematically,especially discusses combined prescription under the perspective of the qi and blood theory,which includes exploreing the "Monarch,Minister,Assistant and Guide" metaphor of combined prescription,the application of qi blood theory in prescriptions and combined prescription.The results show that the theory of qi and blood in "Inner Canon of Huangdi " is mainly embodied in the concept of blood-qi,there is no significant difference between the concept theory of qi-blood and blood-qi.Rong-Wei is a process in which diet into the stomach to the normal functioning of the human body.As a result,the Rong-Wei is normal,then the qi and blood must be normal,and vice versa.In a word,qi and blood tend to the material level,the Rong-Wei is biased towards the process.Through the study of the theory of qi and blood,the author finds that the theory of qi and blood in TCM is based on the theory of cognitive metaphor.As source domain,water and fire play an important role in the understanding of qi and blood.There are four conceptual metaphors in the theory of qi and blood,namely,"qi is water","qi is fire","blood is water" and "blood is fire" In addition,the relationship between qi and blood is usually described as" Qi is the commander of blood,blood is the mother of qi."As a result of the further development of the prescription theory,combined prescription compatibility is prescription compatibility,to some extent.The study of the principle of prescription compatibility found that the prescription "Monarch,Minister,Assistant and Guide"is the concept of metaphor based on the organization form of our state regime,which embodies the ontological commitment phenomenon of TCM theory,and the migration of generic concept.This study also found that the qi and blood theory of prescription and combined prescription is closely related to water and fire.First of all,in the performance of the disease symptoms,qi,blood,water and fire often doubles as a disease.Moreover,the drug of the qi,blood,water or fire are often used simultaneously to treat the disease which is classified as qi,blood,water or fire.In addition,metaphor of" Qi is the commander of blood,blood is the mother of qi "is also commonly used in prescriptions and combined prescription.
