Although the nature of medical service organizations is different from other commercial enterprises, the medical market is gradually transformed from a seller's market to a buyer's market and competition among medical service organizations is becoming more and more intense. The competition of modern medical institutions, not limited to the competition of medical technologies,but a full range of competition including hospital service quality, patient experience and other elements. This study takes Guizhou XX Hospital as the objective, through questionnaire method from the angle of patients' satisfaction and establishes a scientific and improved service quality evaluation system referring to SERVUQAL model to the hospital. The purpose of this study is to make some contribution for the hospital's development.
