This paper is divided into three sections:the literature review section,the theory research section and the experiment research section.In literature review section,this paper collects ancient documents and related articles about "different treatments for the same disease",sorts out the origin of "different treatments for the same disease",analyzes the development and inadequacy of "different treatments for the same disease".In theory research section,this paper discusses the concept of treatment of'different treatments for the same disease" in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases from multiple perspectives and finds that "different treatments for the same disease" model of"the same disease-different syndromes-the different prescriptions" is not the whole meaning of "different treatments for the same disease"."the same disease-the same syndrome-different prescriptions" potentially existed,at least not contraction,not both the theory and clinical value can be ignored.In experiment research section,take "Treatment of shortness of breath caused by minor case of Fluild-retention syndrome should follow the principle of removing pathogenic factor from urine.Linggui Zhugan Decoction can be adopted.Shenqi Pill can also be adopted." as an example,"different treatments for the same disease" model of "the same disease-the same syndrome-different prescriptions" is verified by animal experiment from biology.Experiment is divided into two parts to validate the theory gradually:Section I Compere the Effects of Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Shenqi Pill as"different treatments for the same disease" on pulmonary ventilation function of Airway Mucus Hypersecretion Rat ModelObject To investigate the difference between Linggui Zhugan decoction and Senqi pill on pulmonary ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rat modelMethod Remodel acrolein-induced airway mucus hypersecretion in rats,rat model of airway mucus hypersecretion was established by inhalation of acrolein on 2 consecutive weeks.Rats were randomly divided into three groups:model group,Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group,and 10 rats per group.Each group was intragastric administration for 4 consecutive weeks from the third week.Normal group and model group were intragastric administration by water.Pulmonary ventilation state of each group rats was detected by pulmonary function detector and blood gas analyzer.Observing pathological changes of lung tissue by HE staining method.ResultsResults of Pulmonary Function and blood gas analysis:Compered with normal group,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC was decreased in model group(P<0.05),arterial ph,PaO2,SaO2 was decreased,PaCO2 was increased(P<0.05).The results showed after inhaling of acrolein,rats airway resistance were increased,and had airflow limited and ventilation dysfunction.Compered with model group,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas in Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was improved(P<0.05).Linggui Zhugan decoction group compered with Shenqi pill.the difference between FVC?FEV1?FEV1/FVC?pH?PaO2?SaO2?PaCO2 was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed both Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill could improve the ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rats and the difference between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was no significant,"different treatments for the same disease"was existed.The Pathological Results of LungBronchial wall and the alveolar mucous were structural integrity in normal group of rat lung tissue.There were a small amount of inflammatory cells,inflammatory exudate was not observed in the bronchial lumen and congestion was not obvious.Bronchial wall and the alveolar mucous in model group of rat lung tissue were structure disturbance,goblet cell and mucus gland bubbles were hypertrophy and hyperplasia,hypersecretion,occluding the bronchus.The structure of pulmonary alveolar was disordered,alveolar spaces were enlarged and merged.Bronchial wall and the alveolar were infiltrated with plenty of inflammatory cells which mainly with neutrophils.In Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group,goblet cell and mucus gland bubbles were also hypertrophy and hyperplasia,alveolar spaces were enlarged,rupture and structure disturbance,inflammatory cell infiltration.Compered with model group,all were alleviated.Conclusion From this experiment,Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill can both improve pulmonary ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rats.Different prescriptions can treat the same disease.section II Study on Different Treatments for the same Disease based on Effects of Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Shenqi Pill on Airway Mucus Hypersecretion Rat ModelObject To explore Mechanisms related to effects of Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Shenqi Pill on pulmonary ventilation function in airway mucus hypersecretion rat modelMethod Modeling,administration methods,model group,pulmonary function detector,blood gas analyzer and HE staining method were the same as Section I.Add another groups:Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group,Shenqi pil without Linggui group,Linggui group,hydrochlorothiazide group.Collecting 24h urine of rats by metabolic cages,Na+?K+?Cl-concentration in urine was measured by automatic analyzer.AQP-2 concentration in urine and PRA?Ang??ALD concentration in serum were detected by ELISA.ResultsResult of pulmonary function and blood gas analyzeCompered with normal group,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC was decreased in model group(P<0.05),arterial ph,PaO2 SaO2 was decreased,PaCO2 was increased(P<0.05).The results showed after inhaling of acrolein,rats airway resistance were effects.Linggui Zhugan decoction group compered with Sheqi pill,the difference between FVC?FEV1?FEVi/FVC?pH?PaO2?SaO2?PaCO2 was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed both Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill could improve the ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rats and the difference between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was no significant,"different treatments for the same disease"was existed.Compered with Linggui Zhugan decoction group,pulmonary ventilation state in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group was decreased(P<0.05).Compered with Shenqi pill group,pulmonary ventilation state in Shenqi pill without Linggui group was decreased(P<0.05).The results showed the combination of Fuling and Guizhi in Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill took highly effects on improving the ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rats.The results showed both Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill could improve the ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion rats and the difference between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was no significant,"different treatments for the same disease" was existed.Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill took weaken effect on pulmonary ventilation function in rats after removing Fuling and Guizhi.Linggui group took significant effect on pulmonary ventilation function in rats.Thus,the most possible reason for Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill take effect on pulmonary ventilation function in rats without difference come to the two prescriptions had the same herb pair-Fuling and Guizhi.The Pathological Result of LungBronchial wall and the alveolar mucous were visible structural integrity in normal group of rat lung tissue and cilia arranged orderly.There were a small amount of inflammatory cells,inflammatory exudate was not observed in the bronchial lumen and congestion was not obvious.Bronchial wall and the alveolar mucous in model group of rat lung tissue were structure disturbance,goblet cell and mucus gland bubbles were hypertrophy and hyperplasia,hypersecretion,occluding the bronchus.The structure of group,Linggui group.Detection Results of Urine VolumeCompered with normal group,urine volume in model group was decreased(P<0.05).The results showed producing urinary retention in airway mucus hypersecretion rats.Compered with model group,urine volume in Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pil group and Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was increased(P<0.05),urine volume in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group and Shenqi pil without Linggui group was increased(P>0.05).The results showed that the drugs could improve the retention of urine in rats.The effect of the decoction of Linggui Zhugan decoction group,Shenqi pil group,Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was significant.The different effect between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pil could improve the retention of urine in rats,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compered with Linggui Zhugan decoction group,urine volume in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group was decreased(P>0.05).Compered with Shenqi pil group,urine volume in Shenqi pil without Linggui group was decreased(P<0.05).It is suggested that the compatibility of Fuling and Guizhi has prominent effect on the retention of urine in the model of the decoction of Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pil.Detection Result of AQP-2 in UrineCompered with normal group,AQP-2 in urine in model group was increased(P<0.05).The results showed airway mucus hypersecretion in rat model of renal AQP-2 expression increased,decreased production of urine.Compered with model group,AQP-2 in urine in Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pil group and Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was decreased(P<0.05).Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group and Shenqi pil without Linggui group was decreased(P>0.05).The results showed that the drugs could inhibit the expression of AQP-2 in the model rats,the effect of the Linggui Zhugan decoction group,Shenqi pil group and Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was significant.The different effect between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was not significant(P>0.05).The expression of AQP-2 could be inhibited by the Linggui Zhugan decoction group,Shenqi pil group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compered with Linggui Zhugan decoction group,AQP-2 in urine in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group was increased(P>0.05).Compered with Shenqi pil group,AQP-2 in urine in Shenqi pil without Linggui group was increased(P<0.05).It is suggested that the compatibility of Fuling and Guizhi can play an important role in inhibiting the expression of AQP-2 in Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill.Detection result of PRA?Ang??ALD in serumCompered with normal group,PRA?Ang??ALD in serum in model group was increased(P<0.05).The results showed that RASS system activation in a rat model of airway mucus hypersecretion.Compered with model group,PRA?Ang??ALD in serum in Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Linggui group was decreased(P<0.05).PRA?Ang? in serum in Shenqi pil group was decreased(P<0.05).ALD was decreased(P<0.05).PRA?Ang??ALD in serum in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group and Shenqi pil without Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was decreased(P>0.05).It was suggested that the drugs could inhibit the activation of RASS system,the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Linggui group was significant.The difference between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the decoction of Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pil could inhibit the activation of RASS system,and the effect of the two groups was not significant.Compered with Linggui Zhugan decoction group,PRA?Ang? ALD in serum in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group was increased(P<0.05).Compered with Shenqi pil group,PRA?Ang??ALD in serum in Shenqi pil without Linggui group was increased(P<0.05).It was suggested that the compatibility of Fuling and Guizhi in Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pil play an important role in inhibiting the activation of RASS system.Detection Result of Na+?K+?Cl-Concentration in UrineCompered with normal group,Na+?Cl-output in model group was decreased and K+output was increased(P<0.05).The results showed that the urine reabsorption of rats in model group increased.Compered with model group,Na+?Cl-output in Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pil group and Linggui group was decreased(P<0.05).Na+?Cl-output in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group and hydrochlorothiazide group was increased(P<0.05)and K+ output was decreased(P>0.05).Na+?Cl-output in Shenqi pil without Linggui group was increased and K+ output was decreased(P>0.05).The results indicated that all the drugs could inhibit the reabsorption of urine,but the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pil group and Linggui group was more significant.The effect between Linggui Zhugan decoction group and Shenqi pill group was statistically non-significant(P>0.05).The results showed that Linggui Zhugan decoction and Sheni pil could inhibit the reabsorption of urine,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compered with Linggui Zhugan decoction group,Na+?Cl-output in Linggui Zhugan decoction without Linggui group was decreased and K+ output was increased,(P<0.05).Compered with Shenqi pill group,Na+?Cl-output in Shenqi pill without Linggui group was decreased and K+ output was increased(P<0.05).It was suggested that the compatibility of Fuling and Guizhi in Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill play an important role in inhibiting the reabsorption of urine.The above test results show,The urine of rat airway mucus hypersecretion was reduced significantly.Linggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill also can increased volume of urine by regulating the expression of AQP-2,renin angiotensin aldosterone system and so on.The compatibility of Fuling and Guizhi occupies a prominent position in this role.ConclusionLinggui Zhugan decoction and Shenqi pill also can improve the ventilation function of airway mucus hypersecretion in rats.The reason may be that the two prescriptions have increased urinary excretion of urine in rats.
