| Background:Recent years,China government catchs a great importance on imporving health literacy of residents,The party's eighth summit clearly reported that resident's health is inevitable requirement to promote the comprehensive development of man.President Xi on the National Health Conference which was held between August 19 and 20 in 2016 pointed out that there would be no comprehensive well-off,if there was no universal health,under the background of fully opening the second child promoting population development,to understand the health status and influencing factors of childbearing women in pilot areas,China Family Planning Association investigated health literacy of childbearing women in September to October 2015,in the pilot areas.Objective:This study aims to understand the health status of childbearing women and analyze the influencing factors to provide reasonable suggestions,and to promote healthy behavior finally improving the health level.Method:Using the method of questionnaire survey,the questionnaire of this study is based on the questionnaire of Chinese residents' health literacy,combined with the crowd,through expert consultation to detemine the questionnaire used in this survey,the contents of the survey contained three parts.First basic information,including family resident population,average household income,whether the resident population has engaged in medical and health work.Second,health literacy related questions,including health concept and knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior and healthy related skills.Third,fertility and health education methods,including age,number of children,fertility will,health education methods.Results:1 Aspect of the overall level of health literacy,the level of health literacy and its three aspects,among the 6348 childbearing women,there are 990 women who have health literacy,the level of health literacy is 15.60%,the three aspects of health literacy:health concept and knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior and healthy related skills,their levels are 47.54%?8.66%?12.85%;2.Comparing analyzing of singal factor of health literacy,aspect of urban and rural comparative analysis,health literacy of urban area childbearing women is 16.64%which is higher than rural area childbearing women(13.77%),?2=9.17,P=0.0025,from the three aspects of health literacy,urban area childbearing women in health concept and knowledge and healthy related skills is higher than rural area,while in health lifestyle and health literacy they are the same.I the aspect of family population,grouping childbearing women by 1?4 and ?5,health literacy of childbearing women whose families have a population of 1?4 is high is same with the other group,?2=0.53,P=0.47>0.05,in the level of healthy lifestyle and behavior and healthy related skills,childbearing women who have different family population are the same,while 1-4 population group hase a relative higher health concept and knowledge level than the ?5 population group;in the aspect of average monthly income,on health literacy level,chidbearing women report different average monthly income:<500RMB,500?999RMB,1000?1999RMB ?,2000?4999RMB,5000?9999RMB,?10000RMB,their health literacy level are 5.29%?6.94%?12.37%?20.53%?23.42%?15.24%,?2=187.99,P<0.0001,so they are different In the three aspect of health literacy:health concept and knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior and healthy related skills,different group of average monthly income are not the same.From the aspect of whether there is a member who works in health care area in a family,childbearing women whose family has a member working in health area,their health literacy is higher than childbearing women whose family has not a member working in health area,they are 23.76%and 14.92%,?2=26.54,P<0.000 1,the three aspects of health literacy have the same result Whether there is a family member was sick in the past half a year,childbearing women whos family member was sick in the past half a year has a health literacy of 13.51%,while childbearing women whose family member was not sick in the past half a year has a health literacy level of 16.17%,the former is higher than the later ?2=5.82,P=0.016,health health concept and knowledge and healthy related skills have the same result which the former group is higher than the latter group,while healthy lifestyle and behavior has no different between groups.Dividing childbearing women into two groups by at the best birth age or not.From 23 to 30 are the best birth age,the rest are not the best birth age.Childbearing women who are in the best birth age has a health literacy of 17.35%,childbearing women who are not have a health literacy of 14.08%,the former is higher than the latter ?2=12.81,P=0.0003,childbearing women who are in the best birth age are also higher than childbearing women whose age are not in health concept and knowledge and healthy lifestyle and behavior,while healthy related skills are the same between two groups.Aspect of different nunmber of children,health literacy of childbearing women who already have 0,1,2,3 and ?4 child or children are 19.42%,16.94%,9.82%,4.65%,0.00%,they are different ?2=74.71,P<0.0001,the three aspects of health literacy are also different among the groups.The factor of the will of birth of childbearing women,health literacy of childbearing women who have will of birth is 16.70%.childbearing women who have no will of birth have a health literacy 14.27%,the former group is higher than the latter group ?2=7.08,P=0.008,in the aspect of health concept and knowledge and healthy lifestyle and behavior,childbearing women who have will of birth are different with the childbearing women who have no will of birth,the former is higher than the latter,while in the aspect of healthy related skills,two groups have no different.3.Influence factors of health literacy and its three aspects,through logistic regression analysis,average monthly income,whether there is a member who works in health care area in a family and number of children are the influence factors of health literacy,health concept and knowledge and healthy related skills.Apart from the three factors,district of urban or rural also affects the healthy lifestyle and behavior level.Conclusion:levels of health literacy and its three aspects of childbearing women in pilot area is low,what's more they are different in some aspects like district showing a unbalancetrend childbearing women in action healthy lifestyle and behavior is lower than the other aspects,health concept and knowledge has not transferred into action.As to the influence factors average monthly income,whether there is a member who works in health care area in a family and number of children are the rmain influence factors on health literacy and its three aspects. |
