Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Shugan Method On Chronic Sputum

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Reinforcing Nephridium Leading Liver Fading Nodu les Granule in the treatment of patients with chronic epididymitis and orchitis in kidne y defficiency with liver stagnation,thus to provide accurate and effective clinical basis for the clinical application and promotion of reinforcing nephridium leading liver met hod in the treatment of these patients,after statistical research on the efficacy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic epididymitis in kidney defficiency with liver stagnation were randomly selected from those who visited and hospitalized at Male Urology Department in the Second Clinical Medicine College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from December,2014 to December,2016.The 55 patients were di vided randomly into Reinforcing Nephridium Leading Liver Fading Nodules Granule g roup(treatment group)and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules group(control group),with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group have 27 patients,control group have 28 patients.The color Doppler ultrasonography examination of epididymis,TCM symptom score and chronic epididymitis symptom index score table(CESI)before and after treatment were collected,and the changes before and after treatment were comp ared by statistical analysis.The data was processed mainly using spass17.0 software.All the treatment results were described on the basis of the mean ±standard deviation(x ? s),that was,if the data before and after treatment was consistent with the norm al distribution,the paired t was used for the test,otherwise,nonparametric test was us ed.P<0.05 indicated statistically significant difference.Treatment group:The patients were treated with Reinforcing Nephridium Leadin g Liver Fading Nodules Granule,the prescription of which was as the following::Re hmannia,yam,dogwood,Poria 15g,Bupleurum,fennel,orange core,Alisma,Dan,Ho ng attached,Yuan Hu,white peony root 10g,toosendan,black medicine 9g.Usage:wa rm water fasting blunt,twice a day,one bag for each time,with 4 weeks for a treat ment period.Control group:The patients were treated with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Caps ules(Beijing Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,State Medical Permitment No.z10930034).Specifications:0.1g.Usage:fasting oral administration,0.2g each time,twic e a day,with 4 weeks for a treatment period.Research result:There were significant differences in the clinical curative effect between the treatment group and the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was significant difference between th e treatment group and the treatment group before and after treatment.The scores of t he treatment group and the control group were statistically different from those in the treatment group before treatment,and the score in the control group was smaller tha n that in the treatment group.There were significant differences in the scores of the t wo groups after treatment,and the score in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group.The difference of CDFI blood flow between the treatment grou p and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment of CDF blood flow in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The statistical analysis showed that:in the improvement of systemic and local symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,Reinforcing Nephridi um Leading Liver Fading Nodules Granule had better efficacy than that in the control group.Reinforcing Nephridium Leading Liver Fading Nodules Granule is an effective Chinese herba preparation in treating chronic epididymitis and orchitis in kidney deffi ciency with liver stagnation,which can be promoted in clinical use.
