Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of The Basic Medical Insurance System For Urban Workers In Shuangyashan City

As an important part of the social medical insurance system,the basic medical insurance for urban workers is a medical insurance system for the workers to be compensated for the economic losses caused by illness.On the basis of previous studies,this paper systematically analyzes the development process of medical insurance system for urban workers in China,and defines the relevant concepts of medical insurance for urban workers.At the same time,using the theory of public management,the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of social security,the law of large numbers.Introduces the development mode of foreign medical insurance system,points out the objective factors of China’s basic medical insurance for urban workers,the existence of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers in China have the necessity and urgency of reform,this paper puts forward the urban workers’ basic medical insurance system and measures the reform proposals.In this paper,the coal mining area of Shuangyashan City medical insurance for urban workers as a case,analyzes the present situation of medical insurance for urban workers in the city,from the medical insurance expansion mechanism,individual account adjustment and reform process,improve the insurance cost control mechanism of medical staff,moral education and so on to make targeted countermeasures.The research work of this paper not only has theoretical significance for the mining area of Shuangyashan city urban workers’ basic medical insurance system reform,but also through the study of typical cases,to improve China’s basic medical insurance system for urban employees,with higher to the comprehensive construction well-off society practice.
