In the process of urban construction,hospital construction projects to protect the health of the most basic conditions,but also essential government sources of government.However,due to the wide variety of specialist hospitals,the resulting pollutants and the subsequent impacts are also different.If the selection of environmental forecasting methods in the specialist hospitals is not appropriate and the degree of prediction is not deep,the problem of improper pollution handling caused by the pollution control links in the specialist hospitals is not specific and the operation is not serious.It will seriously adversely affect the environmental protection and human health.Therefore,in accordance with the "prevention first" approach,to strengthen the construction of environmental projects in the hospital to predict the environmental impact is necessary to avoid the private hospital sewage treatment station emissions,waste water,solid waste and noise and other pollutants on the surrounding Environment and the impact of the residents.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the particularity of the environmental impact of the construction period of the special hospital as the starting point,the pollution characteristics and hazards of the water environment,the atmospheric environment,the acoustic environment and the solid waste during the operation period of the specialist hospital are discussed,and the mathematical model Law,physical model method,analogy analysis method and expert judgment method.Mathematical model method and analogy analysis method have obvious advantages over physical model method and expert judgment method when considering the forecasting time and the objective conditions such as the environment of the construction project and the degree and applicability of the forecasting method.(2)Analyze the influence of the exhaust gas from the sewage treatment station on the surrounding environment,select the different air pollution forecasting model,select the estimation model to predict the atmospheric environmental assessment level of Grade 3 Dekang cardiovascular hospital pollution factor H2S and ammonia,the results show that its impact on the surrounding environment is small.Therefore,it is feasible to select the mathematical model to estimate the atmospheric environment.(3)Analyze the influence of environment and external environment noise in the hospital construction project,combined with the mathematical model BREEZE NOISE software to predict the noise between the equipment and draw the contours of the sound level.The results show that the hospital environment equipment The noise between the surroundings is within the acceptable range of the surrounding masses;the noise outside the hospital is mainly traffic noise and the influence on the hospital itself is small.(4)To analyze the characteristics and hazards of solid waste and waste water in special hospitals,and to compare the situation of solid waste production and discharge and the effluent production and discharge of sewage treatment stations by using analogical analysis method in Dekang Cardiovascular Hospital.The impact of the surrounding environment,verify the analogy analysis in the construction of specialist hospitals to predict environmental impact is feasible.
