Currently,the problem of population aging in our country is growing.Under the strong implementation of diagnosis and classification,who can win more health service point,make the best planning and layout,who is likely to be a leader of local medical enterprises.Enterprise's human resources have become the most important capital nowadays,how to set up and manage the human resource reasonably,encouraging employee morale,excavate the potential of outstanding employees,sustaining human resources development,strengthen the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises,become the important link of the enterprise success or failure.With good people,retain people,for effective human resource management,become the top priority of institutional development.In order to further explore the disadvantages of health care enterprise in human resources management,looking for the key to open the shackles of choose and employ persons,this article is divided into four chapters,based on previous inquiry information browsing,reading,and analysis,the relevant staff interview methods,such as the analysis of the H health service center for human resource management,on the basis of current situation,problems and causes,from the perspective of human resources and organizational structure for H health service center for human resource management work,designed the countermeasures to solve the problem,hope can give enterprise human resources management to provide a new way of thinking.
