Observation On The Nursing Effect Of Five-line Angle Music On Qi Stagnation Psoriasis

Objective: To evaluate the nursing effect of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing Jiao tune on qiyuzhi psoriatic patients.Methods: During February 2016 to February 2017,60 hospitalized qiyuzhi psoriatic patients were recruited from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,then divided into Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing Jiao tune group(observation group)and routine nursing group(control group)of 30 cases each randomly.Both groups accepted the conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group were added with Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing Jiao tune,30 min every time,7 times a week following 4 weeks.We compared PASI score,Beck Depression Inventory-?(BDI-?)score and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score changes of two group before the intervention,on 7and 28 days,to observe the nursing effect.Results:1.Compared with pre-intervention,the BDI-? score of observation group decreased significantly after 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the BDI-?score of intervention group decreased after 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group at the same time point,the difference of observation group's BDI-? score after 7 and 28 days intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Compared with pre-intervention,the DLQI score of observation group decreased significantly after 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01);the DLQI score of intervention group decreased after 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with control group at the same time point,the difference of observation group's DLQI score after 7 and 28 days intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Compared with pre-intervention,the PASI score of observation group decreased significantly after 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the PASI score of intervention group decreasedafter 7 and 28 days intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group at the same time point,the difference of observation group's PASI score after 7 and 28 days intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing Jiao tune can reduce the qiyuzhi psoriatic patients' depression rate and improve their quality of life effectively.2.Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing Jiao tune can reduce the qiyuzhi psoriatic patients' psoriasis PASI score,improving the clinical curative effect effectively.
