Clinical Observation Of Interventional Massage In The Treatment Of Stroke-related Pneumonia

Objective:This study by observing the tired massage method of intervention in patients with pneumonia correlation stroke clinical curative effect,to provide a scientific basis for clinical application to provide effective methods and clinical intervention of the disease.Methods:according to the inclusion criteria of 80 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Department of neurology patients,randomized controlled trial method,qualified subjects were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group,two groups of 40 cases.The two groups were observed and compared before treatment and 14 days after the clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)interleukin cells and serum inflammatory medium-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)levels,clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:before the test,the two groups of patients with random factors(age,sex,course of disease)no significant difference,the indicators were not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.1.two groups of patients during treatment have no obvious toxic side effects,adverse reactions and other phenomena.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function tests were not found in the index was abnormal,and the whole process does not appear obvious adverse reactions,no statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P >0.05),comparable.2.clinical pulmonary infection score: 14 days after the intervention of the2 groups of patients with clinical pulmonary infection score were decreased compared with those before the experiment,the control group was 3.76 ±0.72,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group was 2.15 ± 0.53,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),significantly better than the control group.3.serum IL-4:2 group patients in 14 days after treatment,serum IL-4 were elevated,the experimental group was 95.38 ± 13.59,the control group was83.03 ± 10.36.,the improvement between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)4.serum TNF-? : the serum TNF-? decreased in the 2 groups after treatment for 10 days,the experimental group was 13.88 ± 3.74;the control group was 29.67 ± 4.86.the improvement between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.clinical curative effect: 2 groups of patients in the treatment 14 days later,the effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,the control group's effective rate was 65%,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of massage therapy on the stroke associated pneumonia,can increase the level of IL-4 in serum of patients with stroke associated pneumonia,and reduce serum TNF-levels,so as to improve the patient's own immune regulation ability,can improve the treatment efficiency,effective control of symptoms and signs of pulmonary infection.
