The Guidance Of "Du And Bladder Meridian Massage" Theory In The Clinical Treatment Observation Of Psoriasis

ObjectiveThis study aims at to the bladder and Du meridian massage theory as a guide, through the back of a human body acupoint massage combined with dried ginger oral compared to pure ginger oral treatment of vulgaris sta-ble psoriasis clinical observation, psoriasis treatment provide the theo-retical basis for innovation, and to provide the effective treatment measures.MethodsThe clinical efficacy observation taken randomized clinical trials research observation method, since February June 2015 to 2016 collected in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia TCM traditional Chinese medicine outpatient clinics, which meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of psoriasis patients in 60 patients as clinical research object of observa-tion, using statistical method of random number table, divided into treatment group (30 cases) give "governor vessel and bladder by massage combined with dried ginger decoction for treating and control group of 30 cases of simple ginger oral. The whole course of observation time for two months, the implementation of a psoriasis area and severity score PASI score in every two weeks will be followed by comparing the two groups be-fore and after treatment PASI score evaluation of clinical efficacy. Sta-tistics in this study by SPSS17.0 statistical software, the treatment group and control group before and after treatment, the indexes and the overall efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.ResultsInto the 60 cases of the clinical study, the actual completion of the number of cases of clinical treatment "governor vessel and bladder by massage plus ginger oral" group of 30 cases, simply taking ginger group (30 cases). Baseline conditions:two groups of cases were in gender, age, age distribution, disease duration, PASI before the disease analysis and treatment score of the difference, were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the two groups showed comparable. Efficacy was evaluated in terms of:"governor vessel and bladder massage set ginger oral treatment group and pure ginger oral control group can obviously and effectively improve the patients with psoriasis overall symptoms, the total effective rate of treatment group was 82.2% and control group was 73.5%, respec-tively, between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). In PASI score, "governor vessel and bladder by" massage a few dried ginger in oral treatment group and pure ginger in oral treatment group can sig-nificantly reduce the score and between the two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05), to improve the overall symptoms of psoriasis has the effect.ConclusionGovernor vessel and bladder by massage theory to guide the psoriasis and taking ginger has significant curative effect, compared with the con-trol group, ginger with governor vessel and bladder by the efficacy of Tuina are not superior to the simple use of ginger treatment, but acu-puncture point massage combined with oral administration of ginger helps to shorten the course of disease, and improve the curative effect, but also in the long-term efficacy of persistence is relatively stable.
