| Objective: For systematic elderly nursing in traditional Chinese medicine research in the field of literature,to reveal the development venation and knowledge structure of the academic field,and find the core subject leader and research units,found hotspots and development trend in this research field,research status,research status and overall understanding of the frontier disciplines.So as to provide information for research workers to provide reference for the study of visual analysis in the field of nursing.Methods:The use of Cite Space V information visualization analysis software for domestic research on elderly nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of bibliometric analysis,with several papers authors,institutions,keywords etc.as the main research content analysis,clustering analysis and visualization.Results:(1)The number of elderly nursing research of TCM in the period of1984-2016 increased year by year,2006 growth rate is gradually increased,especially in 2010 after growth is more obvious,in 2015 2016 to fall,and continue to grow,the old Chinese medicine nursing research is still the focus of nursing of traditional Chinese Medicine;(2)Through the study of China's elderly nursing in traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute,found that the scattered research institutions,inter agency cooperation and cooperation degree is low,less visible in elderly nursing of traditional Chinese medicine research in a relatively closed state,the communication between the institutions is not much,in the leading position of the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine School of nursing,followed by the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai City,Zhabei District Baoshan community health service center,Gansu provincial hospital and Xiantao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei Province,the area is the main position in the field of study;(3)Research of TCM nursing care of senile fracture: elderly,hypertension,diabetes,Alzheimer's disease,stroke,coronary heart disease,Alzheimer's disease,insomnia,osteoporosis is common in elderly people aged diseases of TCM nursing is a hotspot of research;(4)The main contents of the elderly nursing care medicine: psychological nursing,diet nursing,nursing of TCM nursing technology is the main research content;(5)The main nursing model: Traditional Chinese medicine nursing,rehabilitation nursing,elderly care,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing?Conclusion:At present,the "old Chinese medicine nursing" has attracted wide attention of scholars in China,but the inter agency,cross regional cooperation is deficient,the urgent need to strengthen research cooperation diversified across institutions and areas;in recent years,the elderly,the elderly common diseases of TCM nursing methods and the elderly care model has been the practice and research attention,become a hot research topic.In the future research,we still need to continue to focus on the hot spots in the field of research,to improve the quality of research,so as to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. |
