| The development of science basses on humanities’objective understanding to the world while disciplines are the elaboration of science, the rapid development of science and technology not only brings new opportunities, but also higher requirements to the creation of disciplines. The studies in Chinese medicine not only focusing on inheriting classic theories and methods, but also integrating itself with western medicine, pharmacy, preventive medicine, informatics, biology and other disciplines, which has already formed new growth points.Articles which was published basing on two or multi disciplines could be regarded as its performance. Revealing current situation of Chinese medicine development and its cross degree with other disciplines in medicine and health care class to understand basic characteristics of this field is the main purpose of this paper:Firstly, extracting basic information of248journals’e-papers from Wangfang data, Weipu and CNKI, which are recorded in medical disciplines basing on "General Contents of Chinese Core Journal (2011ed) to construct CMSCI database, which includes994522articles’ information records,4056609authors’information records and9086717cited articles information records. This process mainly depended on e-paper metadata automatic extracting system which was exploited by C#; Secondly, construct SQL process basing on the field of classification in "Chinese library classification4ed" to form the data warehouse of Chinese medical interdisciplinary papers;Thirdly, revealing basic characteristics of interdisciplinary papers from the perspective of published papers’ amount, journals classification, the networks formed by interdisciplinary papers and published associated funds which are the content of literature metrology;Finally, uncovering hot spots, foundation, key authors and its research team basing on theories of information visualization and mapping knowledge domain to conclude patterns of interdisciplinary research in Chinese Medicine.The research conclusions of this paper contain4aspects:(1) During2004to2012,Herald of Medicine, Li Shizhen Medicine and Material Medica Research, and Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Intensive and Critical Care were core journals of interdisciplinary research in Traditional Chinese Medicine;(2) The development in pharmaceutical discipline has greatly promoted interdisciplinary research in Traditional Chinese Medicine and research topics cross basic medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine were more easier to be funded;(3)The interdisciplinary research field concentrated on HPLC, RP-HPLC and TLC to identify drug structure of main ingredients and its anti-tumor function;(4) Researchers in interdisciplinary field were more likely to cite monographs which mainly about taking pharmacological experiment methods to exploit and utilize new medicine and the research in basic diagnostic efficacy. |
