Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis In The Acute Phase Of Phlegm-heat Stasis Syndrome With Qiliang Erchen Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of WJECT in the treatment of bronchiectasis remission time and inflammatory index of main sym Ptoms in Patients with clinical signs and sym Ptoms,clinical efficacy of treatment between the two grou Ps;to investigate the TCM treatment of bronchiectasis clinical significance and Po Pularization valueMethods: The 48 Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment grou P and control grou P(n = 24).Differences between the two grou Ps before and after treatment in Patients with bronchial dilatation scheme.The clinical sym Ptoms and signs,the main sym Ptoms time and inflammatory markers,using SPSS17.0 statistical software to the data before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.The clinical significance and objective evaluation of WJECT for bronchiectasis.Results: 1 The curative effect of the treatment grou P was significantly better than that of the control grou P(P<0.05)2 The treatment of the two grou Ps can effectively im Prove the sym Ptoms and signs(P<0.05),and the im Provement of the treatment grou P is better than that of the control grou P(P<0.05).3.In the treatment grou P relieved the major sym Ptoms(cough,ex Pectoration,hemo Ptysis)time was shorter than the control grou P,there was significant difference between the two(P<0.05),showed that the treatment grou P than the treatment grou P earlier to ease the main sym Ptom.4.Blood inflammatory markers(WBC,NEU%,CRP)two grou P after treatment than before treatment significantly,treatment grou P two were effective(P<0.01);and the treatment grou P better than the control grou P(P<0.05),the treatment grou P has better anti-inflammatory and anti infection ability than the control.5.WJECT no adverse reactions for Patients.Conclusion: WJECT decoction can significantly im Prove sym Ptoms and signs,the main sym Ptoms of the Patients,shorten the time for inflammation index im Proved,good to have stronger anti infection effect,can significantly im Prove the clinical efficacy,and no adverse reaction.
