A Survey Of Diabetes Health Knowledge Literacy In T2DM Patients In Changsha

Objective:Research Changsha health literacy in type 2 diabetic patientsthrough the self-designed the questionnaire suvey,To understand health literacy in type 2 diabetic patients and the influential factors of health literacy,and At present,the prevalence rate in co-morbidity and chronic complication?Genetic probability and so on in type 2 diabetic patients in Changsha.To analyze the relationship between the level of health literacy and blood glucose control,and the intervention measures of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes,to improve the health literacy levels and the efficacy of prevention and treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes provide a scientific basis.Methods:Adopted two stage sampling method and using the self-designed questionnaire of diabetes health literacy.2010 Excel was used to construct databate;Using SPSS21.0 to descriptive analysis patients with type 2 diabetes General Information rate,numbex and standard deviation,Categorical variables in patients with type 2 diabetes used the examination of that Party;the influential factors of health literacy used single-factor analysis,the two-category Logistic regression,Diabetes health literacy level and blood glucose control using X~2 test,the traditional Chinese and western medicine of diabetes health literacy used Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:A total of 700 questionnaires were collected from the patients with type 2 diabetes in Changsha,Recovered 660 copies and the effective rate was about 94.3%.The current state of knowledge in type 2 diabetic patients was not good enough in changsha,Functional health literacy level 5.6%,each kind of health literacy answer from the correct rate,and knowledge by the poor,and then medication knowledge,self-monitoring,Chinese medication knowledge,exercise,dietary knowledge,knowledge base,complications for knowledge,Self life.Communicative interaction ability and critical ability in health literacy were low.Education,health education is the most important factor affecting the health knowledge of diabetes.Diabetic patients with high level of knowledge of health literacy,the blood glucose control situation is better than those of patients with low level of knowledge.There was no significant correlation between the knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine knowledge and knowledge score of functional health knowledge,and the patients with high score of Western medicine did not score high.Conclusion:The current state of knowledge in type 2 diabetic patients was not good enough in changsha,Education and health education are the most important factors,It should be targeted to develop scientific and rational health education intervention measures,improve diabetes health knowledge level,in order to better guide the correct understanding of diabetes in diabetic patients,positive and effective prevention and treatment of diabetes,so as to control blood glucose,reduce the occurrence and development of diabetic complications.
