| Objective:By analyzing the status and correlation of health literacy,health-promoting lifestyle and nutritional risk of type 2 diabetes patients, the influencing factors of nutritional risk of type 2 diabetes patients were explored,in order to provide reference for strengthening nutritional risk management of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods:Using the convenient cluster sampling method,442 patients with type 2 diabetes in the department of endocrinology of 4 general hospitals in Jilin province were selected as the research object. The self-designed general demographic questionnaire, diabetes prevention and treatment literacy questionnaire, health promotion lifestyle scale and nutrition risk screening were used to investigate.SPSS21.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Frequency, percentage,t test,chi-square test,ANOVA single factor test,Spearman correlation test and Logistic regression statistical method were used.Results:(1)The total prevention and treatment literacy score of type 2 diabetes patients was(26.59±4.80),and the majority of them did not have prevention and treatment literacy,up to 81.1%.There were statistically significant differences in health literacy in gender, age, educational level, occupational status, family per capita monthly income, course of disease, and family history(P<0.05).(2)The total score of healthy lifestyle promotion in patients with type 2 diabetes was(108.79±13.74),which was in the middle level. There were statistically significant differences among different ages, educational levels, occupational status and family per capita monthly income(P<0.05).(3)The total nutritional risk of patients with type 2 diabetes was(2.59±1.06),with the nutritional risk accounting for 44.80%and the non-nutritional risk accounting for 55.2%.There were significant differences in nutritional risk of type 2 diabetes patients in terms of age, primary caregivers, residential status, family history, complications and complications, and body weight(P<0.05).(4)Both health literacy and health-promoting lifestyle in type 2 diabetic patients were negatively correlated with nutritional risk(r=-3.219~-0.761,P<0.01).(5)Logstic analysis results showed that age, family history, type of complications, weight, prevention and treatment literacy, and health-promoting lifestyle were the influencing factors of nutritional risk in type 2 diabetes patients, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher the level of health literacy and the better the healthy lifestyle of the patients with type 2 diabetes, the lower the nutritional risk.age, family history, types of comorbidity and complications, weight, health literacy and health-promoting lifestyle are the influencing factors of nutritional risk in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
