Clinical Observation Of The Efficacy Of Gubiao Jiedu Decoction Combined With Recombinant Human Interferon ?-2b Gel In The Treatment Of Flat Warts

Objectives:To make an objective evaluation of the efficacy and safety of verruca plana with combination of the consolidation superficies and removing toxic substance decoction and recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel through the observation of clinical effect. Discussing the mechanism, and to provided a new safe and effective treatment idea of verruca plana.Methods:Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases),In treatment group, the patients were treated by the consolidation superficies and removing toxic substance decoction, in control group,the patients were treated by pidotimod tablets.Both of the two groups were treated by recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel for for external application and the treatement time was continuous eight weeks.Comparing the two group with the diversification of skin lesion score, and the curative ratio, and the total effective rate, and safety of treatement.Results:After eight weeks of treatment, in the treatment group of 32 patients,10 cases were cured (31.2%),15 cases were markedly effective (46.9%),1 cases were effective (3.1%),6 people have no effect (18.7%), and the total effective cases were 27(81.3%). In the control group of 31 patients,8 cases were cured (26.7%),3 cases were markedly effective 9.8%),9 cases were effective (29.0%),11 people have no effect (35.5%), and the total effective cases were 20(64.5%).Conclusion:The treatment group has the significant advantage of being high curative rate, good security and it is worth in clinical application.
