Objective: The content of this subject belongs to the clinical research of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine.The purpose is to observe the clinical effect of Quyou Decoction in treating wind-heat accumulation syndrome of verruca plana,and to confirm its clinical efficacy and safety.The nature of this study is the clinical observation.Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The clinical diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of verruca plana and the diagnostic criteria of wind-heat accumulation syndrome of Chinese medicine.The treatment group was given Quyou Decoction orally.The drug composition was Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15 g,Portulaca oleracea 30 g,Prunella vulgaris 15 g,Radix Isatidis 20 g,Fresh Peel15 g,Rhizoma Cyperi 10 g,Equisetum 15 g,Coix seed 20 g,Longgu 30 g,Oyster 30 g,Cicada molting 15 g,Fangfeng 15 g and Bombyx Bambyx Batryticae 15 g.One bag in the morning and one bag in the evening,twice a day,with warm water.The control group was given Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid orally.The drug composition was dandelion,kudiding,isatidis root and Scutellaria baicalensis.10 ml once,3 times a day.10 days is a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 70%.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.It is fully proved that Quyou Decoction is effective in treating wind-heat accumulation syndrome of verruca plana,which is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Clinical observation shows that Quyou Decoction is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of wind-heat accumulation syndrome of verruca plana.
