According to the 2016 national health and Family Planning Commission held a joint meeting of the city hospital comprehensive reform of the spirit of the meeting,the hospital must to meet the needs of the masses demand for medical services for the hospital purpose in order to optimize the allocation of human resources,improve the quality of medical services as the core,the distribution system,improve the distribution according to work as the main sales,improve efficiency and fairness as a principle,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,initiative and creativity,enhance the vigor and vitality of the hospital,promote the reform and development of the hospital,improve medical comprehensive strength and competitiveness.To promote the sustained and healthy development of the hospital,must optimize the design program of performance appraisalTo establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system,promote the reform of the medical system in the country,the Beatles and waves.Through the analysis and study of relevant literature on performance appraisal,found in China in the research field of hospital performance evaluation,selection and construction of indicators in the performance evaluation system on the relatively perfect and mature,but in combined with the specific circumstances of some hospitals,such as physician groups,are not well according to their characteristics to design the appropriate performance appraisal standards,and to discuss the related influencing factors.And the doctors as the main force of the hospital,set up reasonable performance evaluation mechanism to improve physician production efficiency in a certain degree,which can be a very good incentive hospital physician's enthusiasm and creativity,is conducive to the development of various departments of the hospitalTherefore,has the important practical significance in practice.Evaluation method is designed according to the strategic plan of the hospital,it is also to the vast number of physician groups to develop a personal goal,if doctors clear its own goals,feel the responsibility of their benefits will certainly get a raise in this.A point for the development of hospitals and physicians in integration,effectively enhance the physician benefits and achieve the hospital's overall strategic objectives and to meet their individual needs.
