| Objective: This project aims to evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion therapy on back-shu point for GERD,provides clincal evidence to medical Chinese medicine for GERD and positively explore the new ways to the treatment for GERD.Method: 80 patients with GERD were recruited and randomly assigned into the observation and the control groups,respectively 40 patients.The observation group received moxibustion therapy on back-shu point,while the control group received lansoprazole tablets and dispersible mosapride citrate respectively for two weeks.To observe the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,comprehensive effect and adverse events of both groups before and after the treatment.Results: After the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were all significantly improved compared with before treatment.In Group,the effect after treatment than before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),In two groups,after treatment,the effect of associated symptoms scores was statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05),the improvement of the reflux symptoms scores and the comprehensive effect were no significant difference(P > 0.05).During the project,there are adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy on back-shu point could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and living quality of patients with GERD;the treatment effect of Moxibustion therapy for improving the associated symptoms was superior to western medicine group.The mechanism is:Moxibustion therapy on back-shu point is to treat the shu of bladder meridian in order to regulate the shu of the corresponding Zangfu-organ.It suggests that moxibustion therapy on back-shu point can be used to the treatment for GERD as a new way.Therefore,this way is wort to be studied further and be expanded in clinical application. |
