Influence Of The Acupuncture Therapy With Finger On Back-shu Point On Leptin And Ghrelin Serum Of The Patients With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On Theory Of Using Shu To Regulate Shu

Objective:The topicwas based on “Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point”with the Theory of Using Shu to Regulate Shu to treat GERD patients,in order to clear the clinical curative effect,and to observe the therapy on the sleep quality of patients with GERD,adverse reactions and the treatment of the applicable license.And to further explore GERD patients serum Leptin,Ghrelin level changes,and in-depth study “Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point” therapy in the treatment of GERD associated with Leptin,Ghrelin pathogenesis essence,for the application of the therapy in gastrointestinal dynamic disorders provide new theoretical basis.Methods:Clinical research: 61 patients with GERD according to the dynamic random Taves minimization method of 31 cases were divided into observation group and control group 30 cases,at the same time no GERD symptoms,gastroscopy without RE,BE the healthy check-up of 30 cases of normal group.The height,weight and Body Mass Index(BMI)of all subjects were measured before treatment.Observation groupevery at 9 to 11 am was treated to Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point with spleen shu,wei shu,Fei shu,shen shu acupuncture point treatment,1 times a day,and 27 minutes per session,2 weeks for a period of treatment.The control group was treated with 5 mg of citric acid,moxapulli dispersible tablet 5 mg tid,and lansoprazole enteric tablet 15 mg bid Po for 2 weeks.Two groups of patients were used to fill the questionnaire Reflux diagnostic questionnaire and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the three months after treatment,after treatment and after treatment.Experimental study: overnight fasting collection patients before and after treatment and normal groups 4 m1×1 elbow venous blood,after separation of serum,repackaging into 2 groups,in-80 refrigerator,using ?enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method Enzyme-linkedimmunesorbent assay method respectively to detect the serum Leptin level,serum Ghrelin level.Result:Clinical study: 2 cases were observed in the observation group during the treatment,1 in the control group,29 in the actual treatment group,29 in the control group,and 30 in the normal group.There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in gender,age,course of disease and BMI(P>0.05).Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point on the improvement of GERD symptoms and the total effective rate and citrate moser will benefit,sola azole enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride combination similar(p > 0.05),but for the food/acid reflux,heartburn,mouth,bitter relief shows obvious advantages(p < 0.05),and long-term effect(three months after the end of therapy)is superior to the control group(p < 0.05);The sleep quality of GERD patients(p < 0.01)was significantly improved by the treatment of back shu,and the quality of sleep was significantly better than that of the western medicine group(p < 0.01)after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Group of TCM syndrome type in liver stomach wind-cold,bravery heat made the highest proportion of stomach,respectively,34.5%,24.1%,followed by wet and heat(10.4%),the virtual reversed flow of qi(13.8%),qi depression,phlegm obstruction(10.4%),blood stasis resistance network card not proportion.The total effective rate was 100% for the liver and stomach and the stomach type GERD,the spleen deficiency was 80%,the deficiency of the spleen was 75%,and the phlegm was 66.7%.It is suitable for GERD of liver and stomach,stomach,spleen deficiency,dampness,qi and depression.However,due to the small sample size of the patients with no blood stasis,it is necessary to further clarify its application.No obvious adverse reactions;Experimental study: the statistical results showed that Leptin levels in the two groups were higher than those in the normal group(p < 0.05),and the Leptin level in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(p < 0.05).The serum Ghrelin level in the two groups was lower than that in the normal group(p < 0.05),and the level of Ghrelin in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(p < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0 0.05).Conclusions:1.Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point can obviously improve the flow in patients with GERD symptoms and sleep quality,long-term effect and the feed/acid reflux,heartburn,mouth/pain symptoms improved significantly better than western medicine group,and no obvious adverse reactions.2.The-acupuncture therapy with finger on Back-Shu Point has the best effect on the liver and stomach and the stomach type GERD,and it has a good effect on the spleen deficiency and dampness,the deficiency of qi,and the qi and depression of GERD,but exists the problem of small sample size,and still need further study.3.GERD associated with elevated levels of serum Leptin and decreased Ghrelin levels,and Leptin and Ghrelin may play the opposite biological role in GERD.4.One of the mechanisms for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease by the-acupuncture therapy with finger on Back-Shu Point to reduce serum Leptin level and improve Ghrelin level.
