The Short-term Efficacy And Main Complications Of Jiawei Chaiqi Liujunzi Decoction Combined With Radiofrequency Ablation In The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer (liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To investigate the short-term curative effect and main complications of Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver cancer,through Comparison of Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang Combined with radiofrequency ablation and simple radiofrequency ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)solid tumor size,liver function(TBIL,ALB,PT),AFP,physical condition and postoperative TCM syndrome and complications(pain and fever,nausea and vomiting,liver)effect etc.Methods: The cases were divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(19 cases),the two groups were given routine treatment after RFA.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang,a course of treatment for 30 days.The changes of body temperature,the degree of pain and nausea and vomiting were observed during the treatment.The liver function(TBIL,ALB,PT,),AFP,TCM symptom score,Chi score,abdominal enhancement,CT examination and tumor size were recorded before and after treatment,and analyzed statistically.Results:Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of solid tumor size change,treatment group control rate was 88.8%,the control group was 83.3%(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group,in improving liver function(TBIL,ALB,PT),AFP,TCM syndrome,physical condition and so on,are better than the control group(P<0.05),also better than the treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative fever was55.5% in the treatment group,and the incidence rate of liver pain was88.8%,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was about 55.5%.The incidence of postoperative fever was 83.3% in the control group,and the incidence rate of liver pain was 94.4%,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was about 88.8%.There was significant difference between the two groups in fever,liver pain,nausea and vomiting(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang combined with RFA and simple RFA showed similar size in controlling solid tumors.2.Compared with simple RFA,the combination of Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang combined with RFA has obvious advantages in improving the quality of life,protecting liver function and reducing AFP in patients with liver cancer.3.The combination of Jiawei Chaishaoliujunzitang combined with RFA in reducing postoperative complications(pain and fever,nausea and vomiting,liver area)the incidence of remission in patients with postoperative fever,nausea and vomiting,liver area pain,has obvious advantages.
