Purpose:To summarize the clinical effects and methods of Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with Inlay technique. Methods:the retrospective analysis was made to 15 cases of posterior cruciate ligament rupture reconstructed arthroscopically with Inlay technique from June 2011 to June 2013. The stabilization were evaluated with anti-Lachman test. The effects were evaluated with Lysholm. Results:In the average follow-up period of 12 months, there were not any severe nerve, blood vessel lesions or infection, the remaining patients complained of knee instability after the opration, except 1 case of patients with postoperative knee instability beyond 6 months, the joint pain Was relieved obviously.there was significant difference in Lysholm scale between pre-opration and post-opration(p<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with Inlay technique curative effect obviously, little trauma, fewer complications, simple and easy to adopt "floating position" can of intraoperative position transformation, improve the working efficiency, with patellar block fenoral quadriceps tendon based security, fixation, small influence on the stability of the knee joint, less postoperative complications.
