Objective: In the basis of the theory of Chinese medicine(TCM),by the means of The sleeping disturbantion, limited diet To establish the model of spleen deficiency rats. Through the observation of the histological changes of serum IgG level and spleen tissue in rats by high intensity exercise and low intensity exercise intervention.and to compare with the control group and the conditional control group. then to study the immune regulation and its mechanism with different exercise intensities. Contents and methods: choose 24 healthy male SD rats of 8 weeks old,level SPF, 6 rats were randomly selected as control group, The remaining rats were included in the spleen deficiency syndrome group,By the composite method of sleeping disturbantion and diet restriction to establish the model of spleen deficiency rats,in total of 28 days. Then the spleen deficiency rats were randomly divided into high intensity exercise group(HI), low intensity exercise group(LI), conditional control group(CG),6 rats in each group. to manage the exercise intervention according to the experimental design, the intervention lasted 7 days.At the end of the exercise intervention. to measure the serum IgG,then remove the spleen and weight it, and make the sections of spleen tissue with paraffin.result:1.after 2 weeks of modeling Spleen deficiency rats,to compared with the control group,the Spleen deficiency rats have appeared the situation of weight loss,loose stools, curled up, Camponotus, squinting, get together, and the diet and activity were significantly reduced. At the end of 4 weeks of modeling Spleen deficiency rats, there are significant differences with the control group, grip of the unit weight of the model group:Before modeling > after modeling,the grip of unit weight of the control group did not change significantly. Serum IgG: control group(BG) >conditional control group(CG).Rat spleen pathology showed: the control group(BG) and conditional control group(CG) were compared:Each group of rat spleen in the morphology had no pathological changes, suggesting that the model rats in a physiological function weakened state, rather than pathological state. Suggesting that the model of spleen deficiency rat were established successfully.2. the related indicators were measured one week after the intervention: The content of IgG in serum: low intensity exercise group(LI)>conditional control group(CG)>high intensity exercise group(HI), Spleen index: low intensity exercise group(LI)>conditional control group(CG)>high intensity exercise group(HI).3.Pathological sections of spleen tissue display: the two two comparison between the high intensity exercise group(HI), low intensity exercise group(LI) and control group(CG) found that: Spleen's red pulp and white pulp in a clear demarcation between each group, lymphocyt eintensive and normal splenic nodules. Showed that the rats spleen histological comparison had no obvious change.Conclusion:1.Low intensity exercise can improve the spleen deficiency rats spleen index and serum levels of IgG, which is to improve the immune function of spleen deficiency syndrome in rats.2. High intensity exercise can make the spleen index and serum IgG level in spleen deficiency rats decreased further,which is to let the immune function of the spleen deficiency rats weakened further.3.spleen deficiency rat is suitable for low intensity exercise, not suitable for high intensity exercise.
