Spleen Sanjie Pill Treatment Of Cancer Chemotherapy And Clinical Studies Of The Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the Chinese medicine pills used for invigorating the spleen and eliminating stagnation which were used for the patients who had spleen deficiencies after the chemotherapy of the malignant carcinoma. Methods:40 patients who were consistent with the standards of the choice for the clinical cases with the syndromes of the spleen deficiencies. At the end of the chemotherapy cycle ,the patients began to take the pills for 2 weeks .At the 0,3rd,7th,10th,14th days ,according to the standards of the mask, masking the symptoms and examining some index, such as liver and kidney function to evaluate the toxicity of the medicine. When 2 weeks finished, masked the whole efficacy and then appreciated it. Results:The patients with malignant carcinoma who had syndromes of spleen deficiencies after the chemotherapy, their general masks after-treatment had more significant differences than pre-treatment. Conclusion:The pills could be effective for the patients with the spleen deficiency after the chemotherapy cycle. The medicine could help patients out of the enteric side-effects of the treatment and improve the life quality. It could be helpful for the patients to recover from the chemotherapy.
