Design And Application Of Clinical Pathway Based On HIS System In Femoral Neck Fracture

The clinical pathway is the most appropriate treatment plan for the diagnosis and treatment, nursing, rehabilitation exercise, examination and inspection of the most suitable for the diagnosis and treatment, nursing, rehabilitation exercise and examination of the related subjects. Using clinical pathway to reduce the average hospitalization time of a single disease can also reduce medical costs, and ultimately can achieve the desired therapeutic effect. However, the clinical pathway has not formed a complete and feasible theory system, because the program design personnel do not understand medicine, and clinicians do not understand computer programming, database integration, the current system design and clinical application of a certain point, can not be a good way to achieve seamless connection between the program and the actual application, the use of active, leading to the end use of clinical path is not good.In this paper, the clinical application of the clinical path form based on the point of view of-clinical application, and the clinical path form of the Ministry of health is the basis to guide the clinical path data management, clinical path application, clinical path tracking statistical analysis and other important functions. Taking femoral neck fractures as the research object, this paper studies and discusses the requirements analysis, form design, mapping strategy, data management and statistical analysis of the clinical pathway system. Based on this, this paper makes a systematic analysis, design and implementation. Through the analysis and demonstration, we can make the computer engineering personnel to understand the specific needs of clinical personnel, management personnel to the clinical path, and develop more suitable for clinical practical system software, so that medical personnel can have a deep and complete understanding of the clinical path, and can refer to the existing HIS system based on the clinical path of femoral neck fracture, and can create a new disease.Up to now, the clinical pathway system of femoral neck fracture in this paper has been put into use in the pilot hospital. The clinical pathway is simple and standardized, and the diagnosis and treatment behavior of the doctors in the Department of orthopedics of the pilot hospitals, which meets the policy requirements of the management department, and also greatly reduce the work intensity of the medical staff, and ultimately improve the overall medical quality of the hospital.
