Research On Application Management Of Electronic Medical Record System In Public Hospitals

With the development of economy and society,the information technology has been integrated into every corner of the society.Our country is in the exploration period of the medical reform,the process of the medical informatization has unceasingly arosen more recognition of the government.The electronic medical record,as the core role of the hospital informatization reform,has been rapidly popularized and deepen.The practice domestic and abroad has proved that the electronic medical record system can effectively improve the efficiency of medical service and hospital management,accompany with improvement of the economic benefits.The research on the application and organization of electronic medical record system can provide reference for hospital administrators to deepen the reform of hospital information,and promote the development of informatization in the field of medical service.This research takes KYYF hospital at Kunming as an example.With experience in the application of the electronic medical record system in the hospital,the author discusses issues related to the the electronic medical record system and information management from two aspects,medical services and hospital management,raises problems and gives solutions.The application of electronic medical record system has brought great convenience to the daily motion of KYYF hospital.It improves quality and efficiency of the medical practice and hospital management,makes convenience for the patients,the hospital administrators,doctors and patients,and is aliked by these people.However,due to the advance of the electronic medical record system,some adaptive problems exists during the progress to replace old system in which paper-based medical records is used;the author suggest that further application of electronic systems need for the following works to meet the requirements of modern medical reform:Firstly,the managers should construct complete structure of electronic medical record system and management system.Then they could further pursuit collaboration and integrationthe of electronic medical records among medical institutions at all levels from community,regional to nationwide.At the same time,the hospital manager shuold improve the management philosophy focus on patient experience and then optimize and transform the daily work process,combined with the new information technology in medical area.This author argues that the improvement of hospital information construction,need for Cooperation and participation of hospital administrators,doctors,patients and social factors to promote.The article first summarizes the domestic and overseas electronic medical records application status,and then introduced the structure and organization of electronic medical record in KYYF hospital.Then problems during the application of the electronic medical system are summarized;The author analysis the underlying reasons from the two aspects of these problems,and puts forward some suggestions and the corresponding countermeasures.Finally,the prospect is given for the trend of the electronic medical record system and health informatization.
