Objective:This research uses the method of in vitro bacteriostasis experiment,to observe the eucalyptus oil which extracts from eucalyptus leaves of the main pathogenic bacteria of acne acne propionic acid bacillus bacteriostatic experiment and the different solvent(acetone and95% ethanol) on its role. Methods: Eucalyptus leaves extract(concentration of 80% eucalyptus oil) with cosolvent(acetone and 95% ethanol) using double dilution method diluted into a concentration of 40%,20%, 10%, 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, 0.625% eucalyptus oil of acetone and ethanol solution.By Oxford cup method, divided into four groups, group A flat in the center of the Oxford with crushed the concentration of 80% eucalyptus oil, group B flat in the center of the Oxford rocks glass filled with a concentration of 40% eucalyptus oil acetone solution, tablet group C in the center of the concentration of Oxford crushed eucalyptus oil with 40% ethanol solution, group D flat cup four Oxford added concentration of 16 ug/m L of erythromycin, acetone,95% ethanol, sterile distilled water;Medicated fluid medium dilution method, using liquid medium with good eucalyptus oil respectively dilute acetone and ethanol solution was 5%,2.5%, 1.25%, 2.5%, 0.3125%, 0.15625% six concentration, medium + acetone, medium +ethanol,(medium + bacteria suspension)to set up the positive control group and negative control(medium), a total of 16 tube. After the above preparation good tablet and in vitro inoculation of bacteria in 37 ? thermostat anaerobic environment training for 48 hours. After sufficient training, using vernier calipers measurement of Oxford cup method bacteriostatic circle diameter d(mm) size;Observe the medicated fluid medium dilution method its colony growth in vitro. Results: 1.Oxford cup method: Oxford cup with a concentration of 80% eucalyptus oil, eucalyptus oil 40% acetone solution, eucalyptus oil 40% ethanol solution on the table no bacterial growth, Oxford cup contains 16 ug/m L erythromycin, acetone,95% ethanol, sterile distilled water on the tablet of bacteriostatic ring the average diameter of 29.44 mm, 0mm,0mm, 0 mm;Acne propionic acid bacillus 80% eucalyptus oil, eucalyptus oil 40% acetone solution, 40% eucalyptus oil ethanol solution,16ug/m L erythromycin is highly sensitive, latent solvent(acetone, 95% ethanol), distilled water had no effects on the acne propionic acid bacillus.2.Medicated fluid medium dilution method: eucalyptus oil acetone solution: concentration of 0.3125%, 0.15625% with bacterial growth in vitro, concentration of 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%,0.625% no bacterial growth in vitro;Eucalyptus oil ethanol solution : concentration of 0.625%,0.3125%, 0.15625% with bacterial growth in vitro, concentration of 5%, 2.5%, 1.25% in vitro no bacterial growth;Eucalyptus oil + acetone, eucalyptus oil+ ethanol is located in vitro bacterial growth;Positive control(medium + bacteria liquid) is located in vitro bacterial growth;Negative control(medium) in the test tube no bacterial growth. Results: the eucalyptus oil to acne acne propionic acid bacillus, the main pathogenic bacteria have stronger inhibition, latent solvent(acetone and 95% ethanol) for acne propionic acid bacillus bacteriostatic action, but for the minimal inhibitory concentrations(mic) of eucalyptus oil has a certain influence, when acetone as cosolvent the minimum bacteriostasis concentration is 95% ethanol as cosolvent.16ug/m L erythromycin on acne propionic acid bacillus has strong inhibition, gao min category.
