Professor Xiaoping Xiaoping Used The "Qing Fa" To Analyze The Clinical Experience Of Rheumatism

Objective:Clearing heat methods is one of the eight methods of Chinese medicinetreatment methods,it is the main treatment of clinical medicine.It refers to treatment with cold nature formula in heat syndrome.My mentor professor Yan Xiaoping has engage in medicine practice for nearly 40 years and accumulated abundant clinical experiences in treating various rheumatic diseases by TCM and combining TCM and western medicine.There are original views on the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of rheumatic diseases.This paper summarizes the application of Professor Yan Xiaoping's academic thought and clinical experience of treating rheumatic disease by clearing heat methods.Methods:Thesis mainly in this article was divided into two parts.The first part was mainly to summarize the physicians from ancient times to the present cognition of clearing heat methods by the method of literature collection.The second part mainly explains the Professor Yan Xiaoping on the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the Chinese medicine rheumatism understanding and the use of clearing heat methods in treating rheumatic diseases academic thoughts and clinical experience.Through the collection and analysis of the tutor's medical records,the clinical application of clearing heat methods in the treatment of rheumatism prescription was summarized.Results:Chinese medicine treatment is one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese Medicine.Clearing heat methods is one of the eight methods of Chinese medicine treatment methods,it is the main treatment of clinical medicine.From ancient to present times,physicians have experience of using their own knowledge and clinical experience of clearing heat methods.Professor Yan Xiaoping on the basis of studying classical Chinese ancient books,combined with clinical experience,has a deep understanding of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatism.First of all,she explained the meaning of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatism.In etiology and pathogenesis,Professor Yan Xiaoping believes that the deficiency of vital qi is the internal conditions of the pathogenesis of TCM rheumatism,wind,cold,heat and damp evil is the onset of external factors,and pay attention to rheumatism's change of rules,highlight the" Conghua " theory.Professor Yan Xiaoping's "Invigorating the Kidney and Strengthening Bone"," Activating Blood Circulation to Dredge Channels"," Regulating Ying and Wei","Regulating the Function of the Liver and spleen",and other laws in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases have achieved a better treatment efficacy.At the same time,she creatively proposed comprehensive intensive sequential therapy to provide new ideas for treatment of rheumatic diseases.Professor Yan Xiaoping in clinical treatment stand out the academic thought of "preventive treatment of disease",which includes prevention before disease and prevention of two aspects.Professor Yan Xiaoping emphasize on the importance of disease prevention,early detection and early treatment.Professor Yan Xiaoping has engaged in medicine practice for nearly 40 years,she makes good use of the traditional Chinese medicine and has her treatment of rheumatic diseases.Professor Yan Xiaoping makes good use of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatism,she considered that rheumatic diseases were mainly manifested as asthenia symptom and belong to syndrome of primary asthenia-secondary sthenia.When treating rheumatic diseases,we should start from the whole,and carry out individual treatment.Professor Yan Xiaoping using the clearing heat methods focus on cold and heat synopsis theory.She emphasizes Viscera syndrome differentiation and promote Internal and external treatment.Professor Yan Xiaoping's academic thought is perfect and clinical experience is rich,which obtained a good curative effect.
