| Purpose :To study the current situation of Senile Dementia rehabilitation nursing by bibliomttrics methods, and provide references for its future development. In order to evaluate rehabilitation nursing effectiveness on Senile Dementia patients, perform Meta-analysis on clinical randomized controlled trials results which are about rehabilitation nursing effect on Alzheimer's disease and Vascular dementia.Material and method:From CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Database and VIP, researched relative documents about rehabilitation nursing of Alzheimer's disease and Vascular dementia, which were published before December 31, 2014. Based on bibliometrics methods, Microsoft Office Excel was used for extracting documents information, such as years, their journals, authors, regions, their agents, classifications, coauthors and so on. From CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Database, VIP and Medline database, researched relative randomized controlled trials documents about rehabilitation nursing of Alzheimer's disease and Vascular dementia, which were published before December 31, 2014. Respectively evaluated the documents methodological quality by using the Jadad Scales. Systemically reviewed the clinical randomized controlled trials by the Rev Man5.3 software.Results: 1. Bibliometric Analysis study on rehabilitation nursing curing Alzheimer's disease has taken in 175 documents during 1997 to 2014, in the total of 276 authors. Coauthor rate is 63.42%, each author published 1.8 documents as average. The documents are most be published in 103 journals. Most documents are from Guangdong Province, Shandong Province, Shanghai City, Jiangsu Province and so on. People's hospital of Guangdong province institute of gerontology publishes 6 documents and wins the first place in numbers. 19 documents got fund, which account of 10.86%.2. Systematic Review results of rehabilitation nursing in treatment with Alzheimer's disease show:In the perspective of improving Alzheimer's disease cognitive function, rehabilitation nursing cure is better than control group, its differences are meaningful to statistics(P=0.007). During the period of the 2nd and 3rd months, the rehabilitation nursing cure has made no sense on the statistics(P=0.52). At the 6th and 12 th month, in the perspective of improving Alzheimer's disease cognitive function, rehabilitation nursing cure is better than control group, its differences are meaningful to the statistics(P<0.00001, P=0.01). Only one document has reported that 9 months' rehabilitation nursing cure will affect Alzheimer's disease MMSE scores, which is better than control group and has statistics differences.In the perspective of improving Alzheimer's disease patients daily living ability and physical self-care ability, rehabilitation nursing cure was better than control group, and its differences are meaningful to the statistics(P<0.00001,P=0.0002). At the 3rd month, only one document was taken in, compare with the control group, rehabilitation nursing cure made no sense on the improving patients' daily living ability. At the 6th and 12 th month, rehabilitation nursing cure was better than the control group on the improving patients daily living ability, which is meaningful to statistics(P<0.00001, P<0.00001).At the 6th month, only one document was taken in, rehabilitation nursing cure was more meaningful than the control group. At the 12 th month, in the perspective of improving Alzheimer's disease daily living quality, rehabilitation nursing cure was better than control group, the differences were meaningful to statistics(P<0.00001).3.Bibliometric Analysis on rehabilitation nursing curing Vascular dementia have taken in 55 documents. 100 authors, coauthor rate was 54.55%, each author had 2.3 documents as average, and published in 44 journals.The study majored in Shandong Province, Henan Province, Sichuan Province and so on. Weifang People's Hospital is the agent which published 6 documents and won the first place in numbers. 4 documents got fund which accounts of 7.27%.4. Systematic Review results of rehabilitation nursing in treatment with Vascular Dementia show:For improving Vascular Dementia patients cognitive function, rehabilitation nursing cure was more meaningful to statistics than control group(P<0.00001). At 1st and the 3rd month, in the comparison with control group, rehabilitation nursing cure made no sense to patients' cognitive function(P=0.09, P=0.21), sensitivity-analysis results was unsteady. At the 2nd month, in the perspective of improving patients' cognitive ability, rehabilitation nursing cure was more meaningful to statistics than control group.At the 2nd month, in the perspective of improving Vascular dementia patients daily living activities ability, rehabilitation nursing cure was more meaningful than control group(P=0.0004).Conclusion: 1. Rehabilitation nursing curing Alzheimer's disease is in the developing status, no steady core authors group and core journals are shaped. Some regions and agents are in the leading position. More fund aid and policy supports are still needed to promote its further development. Rehabilitation nursing cure is able to improve cognitive function and activities of daily Living of Alzheimer's disease patients. Long term rehabilitation nursing effect is better than short term's. More evidences are needed to support that rehabilitation nursing is able to improve Alzheimer's disease patients' living quality. Because the methodology quality of the literature taken in is low, this study's results should be treated with caution.2. The study of rehabilitation nursing curing Vascular dementia is in the beginning status, and no steady core authors groups and core journals are shaped. Some regions and agents are in the leading position. More fund aids and policy supports are eagerly needed to promote its deeper development. Rehabilitation nursing cure is able to improve cognitive ability and activities of daily Living of Vascular dementia patients. At the 2nd month, rehabilitation nursing cure was able to improve the cognitive ability. At the 1st and 3rd month, the effect was unclear. Because the methodology quality of the literature taken in is low, this study's results should be treated with caution. |
