Objective: To observe and assese the analgesic effect, adverse reaction and influenceon plasma prolactin levels of dezocine combined with sufentanil after cesarea section.Methods:120cases of pregnant women after cesarean section were randomlyallocated to group D (dezocine group), group S (sufentanil group), and DS group(dezocine+sufentanil),40cases each.10to12mg of heavy bupivacaine was used forspinal anesthesia, and anesthesia level was controlled below T6level. Self-controlledanalgesia pump was connected to venous line for postoperative analgesia aftercesarean section. pump formula was shown below: In group D, dezocine0.8mg/kg+Tropisetron4mg+0.9%sodium chloride to100ml; Group S, sufentanil2ug/kg+Tropisetron4mg+0.9%sodium chloride to100ml; DS (combination group), withdezocine0.4mg/kg+sufentanil1ug/kg+Tropisetron4mg+0.9%sodium chlorideto100ml. Visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the postoperativeanalgesia effect12h,24h,48h postoperation respectively. Radiation immunityanalysis was used to assess plasma PRL level preoperative and postoperative24h and48h. Lactation time and the incidence of adverse reactions such as postoperativenausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness and respiratory depression were recorded. Results: All three groups offered satisfactory analgesic effect for patients aftercesarean section, VAS in group D is higher than S and DS group at12h,24h and48h postoperation (P <0.05), while, there is no significant difference between S and DSgroup (P>0.05). The postoperative plasma PRL of three groups at24h,48h werehigher than baseline level(P <0.05), The plasma PRL in DS group is higher than thatof group D and group S at24h,48h (P <0.05), but there is no significantdifference between D and S group (P>0.05), There was also no significant differencein lactation time between three groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in threegroups: the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, dizziness and drowsinessin group DS are lower than that of group D and group S (P <0.01). The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group D was lower than that of S group (P <0.01) and theincidence of dizziness and sleepiness was lower than that of group D (P <0.01).Respiratory depression were not found in three groups. Conclusion: All three groupsgot satisfactory analgesia effects after cesarean section, but the DS group of adversereaction is lower and can better increase the secretion of PRL.
