Patientswere given0.1mg/kg0.9%sodium chloride solution in the group A and were given0.1mg/kg dezocine in the group B through intravenous injection before the end of thesurgery15min.After operation, the pain was assessed by VAS scores at4h,8h,12h,24hand48h respectively and the incidence of nausea and vomiting were observed. Results:The VAS scores of patients at4h,8h and12h after operation in the group A was lowerthan those in the group B(P<0.05).Tthe incidence of nausea and vomiting in the groupsA was lower than those in the group B(P<0.05). Conclusions: Combined analgesics ofsufentanil and dezocine can alleviate the postoperative pain and reduced the incidence ofnausea and vomiting in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery.
