There are two parts in the thesis incorporating literature summary and experiment study.1.Literature summarySystematically summarized the hypertension syndrome points among the type and the general research situation of herbs.The research progress of evaluation indexes of the rat liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome for more than ten years are summarized?2.Experiment study2.1ObjectiveSift the best SCD-W-ET; Observe the best SCD-W-ET long-term administration's effect on SHR rats'blood pressure; Study the SHR syndromes of this topic; Observe the best SCD-W-ET long-term administration's effects on SHR rats'syndrome.2.2MethodsDivide into five groups with different administration; One of the main indexes was taking Bp. After that, the data would be ananlyzed by Statistic software. The effect of the best SCD-W-ET to animal model was attained by observeing macro representations and behavior.2.3Results2.3.1Compare the antihypertensive effects of different SCD-W-ET. Four groups of SCD-W-ET all have different degrees of antihypertensive effects. Compared with decoction administrated before, SCD-10ET, SCD-50ET, SCD-95ET have significant differences (p <0.01). Compared with control group, the SCD-W group, SCD-95ET group and SCD-10ET group's blood pressure reductions have differences (p<0.05). SCD-95ET step-down value and the other groups were statistically significant. The best SCD-W-ET is SCD-95ET.2.3.2Observe the best SCD-W-ET long-term administration's effects on SHR rats'blood pressure.The SCD-95ET had depressurization effect after the first week of the administration, still was effective in the fourth week (P<0.05). Antagonist group's blood pressure decreased significantly after the first week of the administration. The SCD-95ET group compared with control group,step-down value showed a statistical difference (P<0.05). The step-down scale of Administered group was less than that of the positive control group, but no significant difference.2.3.3Establish the SHR syndrome of this topic.Compared with the Wistar rats, the SHR model group's pain threshold was higher; time persisting on rotary table was shorter; Sugar water and saline water consumption were more; Standing number increased; blood pressure was higher; body weight was obviously lower, urine output was significantly increased, tongue was more bleak and ecchymosis, capillary filling was more increased.2.3.4Observe the best SCD-W-ET long-term administration's effects on SHR rats' syndrome.In4-week treatment, compared with the model group, the SCD-95ET group's time persisting on rotary table prolonged dramaticlly,the first week(p<0.05), the fourth week(p<0.01),and the time persisting on rotary table blood continued to increase in the administration process. The SCD-95ET group's intake of water has been lower than the control group and higher than the normal group,1,2,3weeks there was significant difference (p<0.01). The SCD-95ET group's rectal temperature has been lower than the control group in the administration process. Compared with control group, there is a significant difference (p<0.01) in the second and fourth weeks respectively. The SCD-95ET group's standing number has been lower than the other SHR group, food intake was higher than other SHR group in the administration process. The SCD-95ET group's urine increased significantly and was more than any other group in the administration process. The SCD-95ET group's tongue brown ecchymosis and their toes capillary filling alleviated. After4weeks being treated, The SCD-95ET group's pain threshold hoisted obviously (P<0.05). Irritable degree and body weight had no obvious change, there was no significant difference.2.4Conclusion2.4.1The SCD-95ET group is the best effective component of SCD.2.4.2The SCD-95ET have antihypertensive effect after long-term administration.The step-down scale of Administered group is less than that of the positive control group, but with no significant difference.2.4.3Preliminarily confirm liver yang hyperactivity accompanying with yin deficiency and blood stasis to be SHR syndrome of the thesis.2.4.4Observe The SCD-95ET long-term administration's effects on SHR rats'syndrome. Their liver yang and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome have some improvements, Some symptoms improve significantly. It indicates the decoction not only decrease blood pressure but also improves its systemic symptoms, which shows features and advantages of depressurization in traditional Chinese medicine.
