The acute phase of stroke is a critical period of its treatment, and pathogenesis of the treatment of this disease has an extremely important significance to understand and grasp this stage.Many studies looking for the acute phase of stroke certificate designate relations with certain laboratory indicators in the guidance of TCM clinical syndrome and improve the clinical efficacy of modern ideas.In recent years, with the deepening of neuroendocrinology research, nervous system and the double distribution of brain-gut peptides in the gastrointestinal tract gradually entered the field of vision of cerebrovascular disease research.Changes in acute cerebrovascular disease of the brain-gut peptide in the literature, many reported that their right to judge the severity, prognosis of a certain value.In this study, the brain-gut peptide in the acute phase of ischemic stroke in patients with different syndromes, the use of differences in test and other statistical methods to explore part of the brain-gut peptide water in patients with ischemic stroke in acute phase and TCM syndrome.Combination of TCM syndromes division with Western medicine, laboratory test results in order to determine the specific sub-type basis, diagnosis and treatment of stroke in Western and clinical basis, to achieve better social and scientific benefits.Categorized by Chinese medicine syndrome in98cases of ischemic stroke in patients with acute climate and the level of the blood-brain-gut peptide detection, the use of statistical t-test, analysis of variance, Wilcoxon rank sum test method such as the various syndromes of differences in testing and research part of the brain-gut peptides and TCM syndrome.The results showed that:(1) Ischemic stroke, acute phase syndrome performance, solid phlegm-heat internal organs, blood stasis, the wind pyrophlegm Kang, wind phlegm in turn occupy a larger proportion.(2) In the early ischemic stroke, hypertension, history of diabetes and no history of Fasting plasma MTL and CCK Although mean higher but not statistically significant;History of dyslipidemia than those without a history of fasting plasma GAS higher.With the progression of the disease, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia may affect the brain-gut peptide levels.7days after admission,14days, have high blood pressure, history of diabetes than those without a history of MTL.(3) Compared with the control group:7days after admission serum of the patients with ischemic stroke admitted to hospital72h within the blood brain-gut peptide in water were elevated compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant; (4) Cards designate contrast:admission within72h, plasma MTL, phlegm God group was significantly higher than the wind pyrophlegm Kang, blood stasis, yin wind, wind phlegm group. The phlegm-heat internal organs, Wind&Fire on the interference group were significantly higher than that of the the wind pyrophlegm Kang, Qi and Blood Group. GAS level of the plasma, phlegm God group was significantly higher than that of Qi and Blood group. No significant difference between the other groups.Plasma CCK levels, phlegm Fu real group, phlegm Mongolia God group compared to the other card-type group, the difference was statistically significant.(5)The phlegm God group has a certain particularity, admitted to hospital within72hours plasma the MTL and GAS and CCK compared to other card group higher.49patients in the NIHSS score, the phlegm God of patients with NIHSS score was significantly higher than the other groups.(6) Plasma MTL trends over time, along with changes in hospitalization time, the measured value of each card group gradually decreased.No interaction between time with the card type, the role of the time factor with the grouping vary. Syndrome type groups, the trend is slightly different, but not statistically significant.Conclusion:The acute phase of ischemic stroke, the blood of patients with brain-gut peptide levels change, and there are differences in each syndrome, may play a role in the formation process of the TCM syndrome type.Waiting at the departure card especially the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm-heat internal organs empirical reference value.Condition gradually changes, the only individual changes of the brain-gut peptides can not reflect the differences syndromes, is indicative of the integrity and complexity of the syndrome.
