Objective1、 To discuss the syndromes of acute ischemic stroke.2、 To discuss the effects of dialectic nursing on neurological function、motor function of limb、activities of daily life、post-stroke anxiety and depression、quilty of life.3、To discuss effects of dialectic nursing on hospital days and hospital costs of the acute ischemic stroke.Methods1、By means of documentation method and combined with clinical pratice. this paper forms the program for acute ischemic stroke.including the daily life nursing、diet and medication nursing、emotional nursing、rehabilitation nursing.2、Object of study:Adopting experimental methods of random and control for this research. total of76stroke patients in recovery stage who meeting the inclusion criteria were selected in the hospital of Chengdu University of TCM. the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups randomly. experimental group included38cases and control group included38cases.3、Interventions:patients of the two groups were treated according to the conventional treatment and rehabilitation care. The control group were provided nursing as in routine. which was established by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in2006. The experimental group:adopted dialectic nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.4、Information collection:information were collected by specially trained group members. general information were collected before the nursing intervention:hospital number、 name、gender、age、educational attainment、occupation、marital status、CNS、FMA、 BI、HAMA、HAMD、SF-36:after one month.information were collected:CNS、FMA、 Bl、HAMA、HAMD、SF-36、hospital days and hospital costs. Results 1、Baseline data:there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in the aspect of age. gender. syndromes etc (P>0.05). there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in the aspect of CNS、FMA、Bl、HAMA、HAMD、SF-36before nursing intervention (P>0.05). baseline data were consistent and comparable.2、Evidence-based diagnosis of the acute phase of ischemic stroke patients:the study were included were76cases of which the main syndromes were wind phlegm(28.95%) and Yin-wind(27.63%).3、After nursing intervention.two groups of CNS. FMA. Bl score after the intervention groups were compared with before the intervention. the difference was statistically significant. the difference of CNS. FMA. BI score between the two groups was statisticallysignificance (P<0.05). the total effective rate of experimental group was84.21%. the total effective rate of control group was63.16%. the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)5、Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA):the two groups of HAMA score were compared with before the intervention. the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the difference of HAMA score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).6、Hamilton depression score (HAMD):the two groups of HAMD score were compared with before the intervention. the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).except the weight.the diurnal variation and sleep disorders.the difference of HAMD score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).except block and the diurnal variation.7、Quality of life score (SF-36):the two groups of SF-36score were compared with before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),except Mental Health.emotional function. vitality, social function.the difference of SF-36score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).except vitality and social function.8、Hospitalization time. hospitalization costs:After nursing intervention, the experimental group, length of stay and hospital costs are lower than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions1、For acute ischemic stroke. the most important syndromes is wind phlegm. 2、Dialectical nursing can restore nerve function for acute ischemic stroke. efficacy of the test group is better than control groups.3、Dialectical nursing can restore the motor function of limbs for acute ischemic stroke. efficacy of the test group is better than control groups.4、Dialectical nursing can improve daily living skills for acute ischemic stroke. efficacy of the test group is better than control groups.5、Dialectical nursing can prevent and alleviate anxiety and depression for post-stroke. efficacy of the test group is better than control groups.6、Dialectical nursing can improve quality of life for post-stroke. efficacy of the test group is better than control groups. It must pay more attention to the patient’s social support7、Dialectic nursing helps reduce the time and expense of the patient in the hospital.
